I am sooo excited about this, but I have to be honest and say that I feel a bit nervous also.... and in a way I'd feel more at ease if the acts ( Celine ) singing the tribute to MJ, pre-recorded their vocals for the performance....
Just because for one ''everyone'' on the planet will be watching this, and the other and main reason is because I don't want them to mess up her earphones or mic again, but hopefully they have learned there lesson from last time!

And that would be totally pointless. What's the point of prerecording? You still get a live performance, which is better than nothing, but  lose the thrill that it might fail. When it a real LIVE performance, you have this dramatic tension that make the performance even more fantastic when it's over, cause untill the last note you don't know if it's gonna be good...When it's prerecorded, you just know it's gonna be good, and it makes it useless.

ok, once and for all, what they call 3D only means CGI background with pseudo depth effect. There's no such thing as 3D when you're seeing a live performance, and there's no 3D screen available at the moment on the market for the consumer.

What's up about quoting without commenting the quote?!



I think it's quite obvious that the song performed will be Earth Song, since it's for which the video that will be shown exclusively was made, plus it will embrace well all the hysteria around our fictioned blame in the so called global warming.

Hmm ok. I kind of wonder what this will mean for the IVF too. Sure, she could sing even if it works and she's pregnant, but would she want to, knowing the risks of stress on an IVF pregnancy? (And a high profile performance like that would probably involve a little pressure on her!)  :hmm:

But hey, it's up to her, and any Celine is good!!!  :yes:

I must say I'm getting a little sick of all the MJ tributes though. The first few hundred were fine, but it's just going on and on... and it doesn't feel genuine, you know? Because when he was alive, everyone was like "he's a freak", "he's a pedophile"....and now that he's dead everyone's like "he was amazing, I love him!" ...I don't get why?
I'm sorry that he died, but I was never a fan, and I'm not going to pretend to be now.  :doh:

i saw a part of that video in the movie This Is It, and it's really beautiful and delivers the message, but i thought they showed all in the movie... :D
and if it's only 5 minutes, then it better be 5 good minutes ;-) who knows yeah maybe we get the notes some of us love :P

and i know it's a tribute and not about Celine, but she better rock the house ;-)

Ya, people at home can't see it in 3D, but I guess the live audience will... So we'll get all the celebrities wearing really un-cool 3D glasses?! :giggle: I don't care, I just want to see/hear her :). It will be live in my country too, in HD. Unfortunately, I don't have an HD TV set or an HD subscription....
