In Singapore, Paris, Madrid, London, New-York and Moscow are getting prepared for their final presentation from 9am (3am Paris time). This is a crucial stage, just a few hours before the final vote of the IOC members.
Each city has one hour to convince the jury. In the order: Paris, New-York, Moscow, London and Madrid, the countries will have to play their last cards in front of the members of the International Olympic Committee.
Led by the French President Jacques Chirac, the Paris Mayor and the Paris 2012 President, Bertrand Delanoë, the French delegation will begin the final presentation event from 9am local time (3am Paris time) at the Raffle Hotel. They will present for the last time, its project which benefits from the support of 87% of the French people. A film of about 30 minutes directed by Luc Besson, will be diffused in front of the IOC members to show all the French passion for Olympism.
This last presentation, compared by the Minister of Sports, Youth and Associative life, to the free-style skating competition of a figure skating event, has to convince the still undecided members of the IOC.
The result of the international Olympic Committee will be announced on Wednesday by its president Jacques Rogge, at 1.30pm Paris time.

Working meeting in Singapore between J.P. Huchon, J.F. Lamour, J. Chirac, B. Delanoë and L. Besson.

Why not Paris? it was the third time~~~~~~~and London is the first time. It's so easy to them...
I have spent the whole day watching TV at home but turned out a deep disappointment.
