Thank God that Celine still has the "Voice" and stays true to her roots.

I wish Whitney a happy comeback though even when she works with Rappers and Hip Producers..is she becoming Mariah number 2..

Whitney's got an amazing voice, I always loved her. It's such a shame that her life was so messed up in the past... I actually felt pity for her.

Haven't heard of her in quite a while, anything I should know?! I heard that she's working on a comeback but that couple of months ago...

I cannot agree. I love that album! I must admit her first album is her best. But I'm Your Baby Tonight is still better than My Love Is Your Love or Just Whitney.

though My Love is Your Love marked the decline of Whitney, i always thought it's one of her best albums. she sounded tired and hoarse, but artistically speaking, she experimented and explored different sounds for that album, and succeeded. it's one of her most diverse albums.

My Love Is Your Love has some of her best songs: When you believe (with Mariah), My love is your love, I learned from the best, I bow out, Heartbreak Hotel (though the remix is even better) and It's not right but it's okay (but again: the remix is sooooo much better!). The other songs are not that great. On her first three albums there are at least 8 great songs.

i agree that "Whitney Houston" is still her BEST album, but i think "Whitney" was a complete copy-cat of her debut, but it's amazing nonetheless. about I'm Your Baby Tonight, there are couple of really good songs there like Lover for Life, My Name is Not Susan, All the Man That I Need, Miracle and After We Make Love, but the rest are fillers for my taste. not a bad album though, but not interesting.

about Just Whitney, sorry, this is the lowest point of her career, BUT i find myself loving One Wish now. :lol:

The music industry's hottest party in town -- Clive Davis' Annual Pre-Grammy Party -- is set to be the golden ticket this year, with word that Whitney Houston will start her official comeback at the bash.

The untimely Ms. Houston is set to perform brand new tracks completely live from her upcoming album. Whitney's mentor, Clive Davis, also announced the new album will be due in March. Is anyone else freaking the Shasta out a little?

Who knows what her new sound is like (Clive?) Who knows if she's still got it (Clive?) Who knows if she's gonna have some mid-crack breakdown (probably not Clive.) Either way, I am going to be on the phone all day trying to figure out how my ears can get a peak at her new work. The poopy part is, it's a private party and the place will be flanked with paparazzi and fans, so that probably means the public folk like us have got no shot at this glittertastic event.

Also performing will be Jazmine Sullivan, Leona Lewis, Kelly Clarkson and possibly (still rumored) Jennifer Hudson.
