My dream about Christina will always and forever be for her to release a big album of jazz standards! I think her voice is meant to be in jazz records, it's enough to think about her renditions of "Merry Christmas, Baby", "Climb Every Mountain" and "A Song for You". Instead she's mainly doing pop trash which after the first listen is ready to go on the garbage, and that is awful!
Welcome to the "Loved Me Back To Life" era!

Studio footage of Christina recording "Say Something" with A Great Big World. It's currently number one on the American iTunes.

I'm glad she's back deserving attention to her pipes instead of gimmicks. Her voice is amazing so that's what really should matter.

I think she needs more of her recent stuff, the real big voice with not other stuff that takes the attention away from that.

I own her first 3 albums (not including Mi Reflejo) and it's insane how much her voice has deteriorated. I can't even enjoy her recent voice at all anymore, even on the studio tracks. Bionic was the last time it was bearable. On Lotus it's just torn to shreds, and she's screaming on every song, ruining beautiful ballads that should be tender and soft.
Sia has written some amazing, haunting ballads for her. "Blank page" is a highlight on the album, but the contrast is like night and day when you listen to Sia's original. Xtina's is a grating strainfest while Sia's is effortless and heartfelt. I truly hope Sia writes many, many more songs for Celine in the future because she's a genius

Christina is back on this week's Billboard Hot 100's top 10 tier:
While A Great Big World reaches the Hot 100's top 10 with its first chart entry, Aguilera lands her 11th top 10 and second this year; she rose to No. 8 in April as a guest on Pitbull's "Feel This Moment." She hadn't notched multiple top 10s in a single year since 2000, when "What Girl Wants" (No. 1, two weeks), "I Turn to You" (No. 3) and "Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You)" (No. 1, four weeks), all from her self-titled debut album, reached the top tier. "Say" is also Aguilera's first top 10 with lead billing since October 2008, when her own "Keeps Gettin' Better" debuted at its No. 7 peak.

Christina Aguilera and Lady Gaga's performance from last night on The Voice was great. I loved the words Christina had for Gaga at the end.

I like them both.
I found it weird that the X Factor winners sang "Say Something" so much! Oh well, more publicity for Xtina.

How about her latest single? I admit I could not stand a minute of it. Trying too hard to be, well, modern, I guess.
