I know that, but she is now a pop star herself, and the cast sing covers, so why not sing a song of her own if shes appearing in the show as herself?

I totally agree. It needs to get back to the awesome plots in the first half of last season. Having songs every five minutes is taking away from the show. I know it's about a high school glee club, but there needs to be more acting. Btw, I hate that Charice is on it.

that's not a good idea because she's one of the cast member(recurring role until may 2011).. haha.. that's like putting herself above everyone if she sings her songs from her album....btw she's not appearing as herself on glee, she is the character name sunshine corazon. lol

And I don't know about you guys, but Charice is really starting to work on my nerves. Why the hell doesn't she sing her own songs? She recorded an album, so she doesn't need to sing Celine songs anymore. I am so sick of all the Charice articles popping up in my Google alerts just because it contains Celine's name...

Edit: Come to think of it, I think David Foster has something to do with it. Maybe he is having some type of midlife crisis or something, and having Charice sing Celine songs takes him back to the days when he was still on top of his game...

And for ABM...she either forgot, or didn't know what they were doing for thr arrangement of ABM because she totally flubbed the ending and didn't know what to do.

The ending of that song is so weird and it has so many different arrangements.

I know that Charice has talent and all but quite frankly, it gets kind of old hearing about her covering celine songs. TLYM cover was good. ABM was also good but i thought it sounded like she was screaming in parts. She needs to sing her own songs and develop her own singing style. Leave the live performances of TLYM and ABM for celine (well, at least the partially live performances... )
