He said; « The couple wishes wholeheartedly this second child. Céline's career is left unresolved by waiting for the results of the process. If the results are positive, the couple will dedicate itself to its parents role; should the opposite occur, it is planned that Céline will take back her singer's career. Mr Angélil has already confided to the Newspaper that it is planned, in case of negative results, that Céline will return to sing, in 2010, in Of Caesar Luxury hotel of Las Vegas, but to a less wild rhythm of representations. »

And thinking a bit more about it, maybe better that she returns after few years when the economy is better, so that people can travel from far away to see her

I just have the "been there and done that" feeling about Vegas. Last year when she was on tour we saw a vibrant funky Celine back to promoting, making tv appearances and singing more songs than she ever did in Vegas and although most concerts were scripted we saw much more randomness from her than we ever did in Vegas.
Vegas was great for her and she was great for Vegas. But please, do something else now.

I get what you mean. I didn´t get to see the TC tour
but I saw LTAL tour and it was fantastic.Why do I want her to return to Las Vegas, well because then I had the chance to go when I wanted to. It was a schedule and I knew where I had her.
But the show was very scripted. I want more changes next time. I think it will be from what René said yesterday

No you are not the only one! I am also one of the few who don't want her to go back Vegas for reasons i have previously stated including her kissing her relevance goodbye

Nope you're not the only one! I also have that feeling and I fear that she won't be able to top AND! Especially with the current economic situation, I don't think it's smart to return to Vegas now... plus during the tour she was much more accessable! I'd rather have another world tour on a much smaller scale then Vegas again...

Im quite certain Celine and Rene have a timeline in which they'll try and if shes not pregnant by a certain date, thats it.
Its late June already and if she's planning on Caesars in June 2010 there's no way they've got Caesars just "waiting" somthing has to be negotiated.
Maybe I'm out on a limb here, but I'd say if Celine is not pregnant by the end of the summer (August/Sept 09) she won't try anymore.
I really want to see her in Vegas!!! But if she has a baby, thats great too.
Personally, I think shes too old though

why do you think she's to old? D: There are woman out there in their 50's who don't have 1/1000th of the recources Celine has. Celine can afford all the best.

I just found this article. As long as I could understand Rene says that Celine wont return to Las Vegas in September, and they are talking a lot about it but she wont come back before september.

What did I say before: Don't believe everything you read on the internet. What I make of that article is that Celine might eventually return to Vegas. So that could be in ten years' time...

I wanted to ask the same thing? I also think they mean 2009. But I have a feeling that they have decided nothing yet. So I think Sept 2010 is also not true. I think at this stage they are waiting to see if Celine gets pregnent or not and only then will they decide what she will do next. And maybe it is not even Vegas (I hope)...
