Me too! I use to hate LCMM. But when she sings it live... her energy is just contagious.

Using most of the same songs from A New Day would be such a disappointment. I understand she must include some "essential" songs (My Heart Will Go On, Because You Loved Me, The Power Of Love, It's All Coming Back To Me Now) but aside from those I really hope she does everything else completely different. I'm also not looking forward to what another stint in Vegas is gonna do to her voice. I'm not saying that she can't still sing with the best today (or isn't the best) but her voice doesn't exactly have the same tone/quality it had in 2002 (pre-Vegas).

Ok, thaks for anwsering me, just saw vid from cher on u tube, her stage is alot smaller, instruments are behind her, I sure  hope celine  does have that problem let prayer hers are more open.sure can"t wait now getting a little exicted.

Technically, Cher's stage is bigger....but like you said, her band is on it, with Céline they were mostly below the stage... but I'd be okay if they were on the stage, makes the atmosphere even better!

GOD! Please let "Love Can Move Mountains" be burried! She's got older gems she can resurrect for the new show!! "Misled" would a be a great uptempo dance number, as would "Unison" "Sorry for love" or "Just a little bit of Love" and "One Heart".

I hope we get an offical announcement soon!    I wanna buy tickets!!!!!!!!!

Oh how I'd love to hear Then You Look At Me and Sorry For Love in LV! And maybe some other French songs, maybe one of the versions of A Cause, or Femme Comme Chacune...
And I don't know if all those 'essentials' are really that necessary, I'm growing tired of them and to be honest, I was somehow never so very fond of MHWGO...

Vegas 2010 could include several of the following "hits" from her catalog:  The ones in BOLD are widely recognized and popular among any person going to a Celine Dion Show.

Also one of my favorite numbers In LV was "Fever" I loved that number. I wonder why they cut it out of the program?
Maybe it was too much dancing? hmm I saw the show 5 times and once she forgot the lyrics to "Fever" and was just dancing around on the stage, really funny   I looooved that moment. She was just so funny and the dancers smiling/laughing around her

I think Celine had made the decision in the last year of A new day... that she would return to Vegas and mentioned it to her crew and Caesars, but just never said/knew when exactly she would, as I heard about it in 2007.

LCMM used to be awesome live (and I honestly haven't seen any video of it from the TCWT, so I don't know if it got better from AND) but the way it was performed in AND was just embarrassing.

No covers means no Taking Chances, Alone, It's All Coming Back to Me Now, If You Asked Me To, I Drove All Night, ahaha a LOT of her songs are covers. I don't really mind covers, I loved At Seventeen...or a solo version of Un Chance Qu'on Sa I would looooooooooooveeee.  I would love a show with all new songs, but we all know LCMM, MHWGO, and that damn medley will be back. I love her french songs, and I wish she would do more french songs, or like she did with the TCWT, one set list for English shows, and one for French...and maybe have one of each every so often. She has a ton of French fans, that's where her roots are, and yet, she only sings one French song. I know it's in LV but she's french, people travel from everywhere to see her, and it's directed by a french guy. I would like to see a show where she picks a setlist based on what she would like to sing...not based on what her general fan base enjoys (IE MHWGO because we all know she must be sick of that song!).  She would have a lot more fun with it, and not turn into robot Celine.   I'm just dreaming though, because I know it will end up being a mixture of TCWT and AND setlists, and a couple of new songs...most likely covers.

hehe I know , there are so many great songs that she´s covered, true   and I loved her performing "I Drove All Night" in LV.

I didn´t like her album "D´elles"   so I would be a little afraid of her performing more songs like that. But oh please Celine! Work with Jean-Jacques Goldman again! They make great french albums together!

don't worry... during the tour she only sang Et s'il n'en restait qu'une... and I am sure that will be the only song and the only time she performs songs from d'elles if there's a french song, i'm sure it will be PQTME where all the life is being sucked out
