THE show of the 70's, IMHO, was the Mary Tyler Moore Show...

That Jimmy Walker actor guy used to make me angry when a few years back I saw him on some local sports show and not surprisingly he was asked to say his signature "DYN-O-MITE" line and he REFUSED!

I know he is probably sick of saying it but HEY IT"S WHAT MADE YOU FAMOUS!

But the worst thing is he claimed he was actually trying to trademark that line!

I always HATED when Archie called Edith that!  My father (the real-life Archie Bunker) didn't realize this show was meant to be a comedy - of how NOT to act.  He thought it was a realistic show - of how things should be.

I agree, the 70's had  great comedies.

Archie's "pet' name for Mike, meathead from "All In the Family"  
One of the best episodes was with Sammy Davis, Jr. kissing Archie -classic moment.

Yeah... playing Lizzie Borden was quite a departure from Bewitched... especially the theory that Lizzie was nude when she killed her parents which is why there was never any blood on her clothing...

But the movie I remember most after she left Bewitched was A CASE OF RAPE - that movie changed laws about how rape victims were treated.
