Right next is a brilliant song. It has nothing to do with Stand by your side. While this last one is a nice acoustic pop song with a generic beat, Right next is a pure acoustic folk and classic song à la Jeff Buckley  :in_love: I'm so pleased that Céline record this kind of track.

Finally she is doing in a soft way, what she always has wanted to do : sing some rock, blues and acoustic songs...Like she said during the last month and in for keeps. Of course, the change won't be drastic, but it's already a great improvement.

I meant that its sound is similar to Stand By Your Side, the acoustic layed back feeling. The lyrics of SBYS is shallow compared to this one.

I wouldn't compare it to folk though.

That's funny. I don't see any similarity to SBYS at all... not even in the feeling of it LOL And I would categorize that song as Folk :mdr: Go figure!

It's as folk as Céline can get. I will love this song surely with Céline's voice on it. The lyrics are magical, it's reminiscent of Falling Into You's lyrics having this magical atmosphere and sound without going over the top.

I wouldn't call them magical. But they are really nice. It's great to see that it's not just another in the line of "I love you so so much"-songs, still a love song, but not as sugar sweet, but a more fragile one. The lyrics are as deep as the shallow pop culture allows...

But I am not at all complaining, I think it's a wonderful song, and it's catchy, and might I add very high quality for album fill out. I am like I've said before looking forward to hear Céline's version.

I knew the internet would be full of gossip and confirmations when I came back from vacation! :crazy:

I like the title and I hope Céline will be taking a lot of chances with this album!! Also live... not playing the same songs like the past 20 years! IMO every song that's been sung at AND should not be included in the new tourlist, or only in a acoustic medley kind of way.... but I dissent...

Am I wrong or is this album full of cover songs??? :( I hope not!!! 1 or 2 is enough!! And I'm pleased to see I Knew I loved You won't be on it! :D

Personally I would rather have I believe in you (complete english version) than I knew I loved you. But let's hope we won't have either and instead some new cool track that wasn't heard in the previews cause theye're saving it as a surprise  :whistling: .

IBIY is so cheesy to me.  And Il Divo makes me cringe.  Especially that one guy who seems to think it's attractive to always have one eye brow four inches above the other one!  :blink:

A surprise track would be awesome.

Personally, it's always been my dream to hear a completely ROCKED OUT English version of "Oxygene."  So, Celine if you're listening......

It is cheesy but I still prefer it to IKILY which is major snore fest for me  :sleep: . And yeah, that eye brow guy  :rofl:  :rofl: .
