binsk Posted January 21, 2006 at 10:08 PM Posted January 21, 2006 at 10:08 PM for those who say music has changed...they are right and wrong... if a good song in celine's genre comes a long...it can become very popular, such as JOSH GROBAN "YOU RAISE ME UP" that song was a huge success, and it is in the same type of music yes the type of music has changed, but that doesn't mean she can't still be popular, and she still is popular...there are very few artists who are still able to sell platnium records...no one sells diamond records (over 10 million)...with iTunes and everything, it is highly unlikely.. Usher's confessions sold 8 million 2 years ago, and that was rare...5 million is the new 10 million...what i am saying is that no one is selling as many ALBUMS as before...and she is still selling a lot -RK

You should be glad to see she's taking some time off, re-organizing her show schedule, caring for her family, enjyoing life.
