Concert residency in Paris 2026/2027! *Spoilers*

Well, I feel that way too. Somewhere along the way she became very popular again. I don't know what it is because you don't see it in her streaming numbers. But it feels like everybody wants to attend these shows and suddenly is a fan.

And yes the definition of fan has many layers. But if you have to ask if she will sing or speak English at these shows you just got to stay at home.

It's something misunderstanding, Celine is always the most streams catalog female artist in the streaming era

1.Spotify is only a small past of stream world, looking at the largest stream platform Youtube, Celine's US% is even lower like non-english stream era artists, as never a mtv artist and no MHWGO official mv untill the year before last.

https://chartmasters.org/youtube-most-viewed-artists-2025/

2.There's many other stream apps in her most successful areas such as France or Africa, according to the us% and billboard old dates (2/28/2023, “Heart” has drawn 5 billion in cumulative airplay audience and 728 million official U.S. streams when it only about over 400 million in spotify), MHWGO has at least 55.6 billion airplay audience and 8.1 billion official streams worldwide.

3.stream is a play of promotion, such as playlists or tiktok trends, you can easily listen to over 10k or 20k times/songs one years, but less than 10 concerts for most of people, 1500 streams as an album (Riaa rule), a ticket is about ten times expensive than a album, so a ticket as 15k stream, it's funny.

Yes! I even dreamt about hunting after tickets last night! 🥴😩

Omg I dreamt about it as well!!! In my dream VIP prices were around 2200 euro and I sat somewhere in the back and all the kids were in the front hahha it was a nightmare.

I honestly hope that VIP will be not that expensive for us, but expensive enough for the regular folks to say naahhh I'm good somewhere on the 2nd ring. 😅

Quite a few hurdles to overcome, being picked for the presale is possibly the easiest lol

I don't feel like that at all!! Like I got 2 entries with more than a million other people. I'm anxious as fck 🫣

To enter a presale at the right time I can handle that, but to let a system randomly choose people who will get access to it. I don't like that AT ALL.

I know we’re really early days with regards to thinking about set lists and what we want on them, but I really, truly would like if she revisited some of her 80s french material for this show… songs like d’amour ou damitie, la voix du don dieu, d’abord c’est quoi l’amour, mon ami m’a quittee and Les chemins de ma maison. Granted, there are other songs in French id absolutely love to hear live for the first time in 30 years, but I really don’t think at any point after the 90s Celine could’ve tackled Prière Païenne vocally, so as much as I wish some songs would be present, im trying to be as realistic as possible lol.

Yeah she could do a lil acoustic medley a la ACDS with only some her 80s songs

Saw on Twitter 6 more shows are expected to be announced in the coming days? 16 was rumoured at one point if I’m not wrong

The Rolex Paris Masters starts on October 31st, so she can't add more than 4 shows.

[Ajax]

I insist but they should have placed some French and more international shows/date.  French people from every generation singing along Prière Païenne, J irai où tu iras, Destin, On ne change pas, etc will be really disappointed to assist to an English oriented show.

Unless they add the first show the Wednesday before the current launch on Saturday the 12th, and finish on a Saturday instead of a Wednesday as well.

At the end of the day there is clearly a demand for the extra 6 shows and it would make a lot more money. If they can add extra shows you can bet they will!

Or they add mondays and end on Saturday the 17th. But that will give her little time between shows. If they start earlier I hope that will be announced before the sales start. Got the be at the first one!

I can’t see them this early on (first shoes/tour) back pushing their luck with 3 days per week, I think they’ll play it safe with 2, and add on shows in new weeks where they could. like I mentioned, CURRENTLY she starts her shows on a Saturday. She could add that prior Wednesday on and she ends with her last show being on a Wednesday. She could add on a final Saturday and there’s two shows right there.

I also think this is what they’ll do. Those Monday dates were reported by one of the newspapers who got things right as having already been secured. And it will stay within 5 weeks. Yes, that will mean 3 shows a week.

According Le Parisien:

198,000 new tickets will be available within a few days with the announcement of additional dates.

She could also have a break and add dates in November after this rolex gig, there is nothing at the arena until Dec 5

Hahah same with the dreams… except I dreamt I went to the FNAC with the poster and found her standing outside and got to meet her 😂 oh well probably the closest I’ll get to seeing her this concert 🤣

[mirage]

According to Le Parisien.

"There will be at least three million by this Thursday evening at 7 p.m., the end of the registration period. And these are verified registrations, not bots trying to grab as many spots as possible to resell on the black market. Regarding the number of tickets available, there are 33,000 seats per night. So, a little over 300,000 are on sale. The vast majority of these tickets will be available during this presale. Given the impressive number of registrations, there should be very few tickets left for the general sale.

As for the draw, we can do a quick calculation. Each person selected can buy 6 tickets, so there should be at least 55,000 people chosen. Let's hope you're one of them."

Must indicate some form of stage with catwalks or something…less floor seats.

Part of me hopes that these rumoured extra Paris dates don’t happen, as I don’t want her to over do it so early into performing again… the current schedule is perfect until she gets back into the swing of it.

I’d rather she concentrates on announcing other mini residencies instead for next year… London, NYC & Montreal.

For me the French fans have been more than spoilt in recent years, more than any other region outside of Vegas, with so many concert dates/tv appearances etc since 2011.

It's still insane that you can buy 6 - 8 tickets for a concert! 4 should be the max! IMO in a presale it should be max 2.

[A new day...]

Alleged seating plan:

(no central stage 😪)

Yes but 16- shows was always the rumor even before the 10- shows were announced…

I think her team didn’t think there would be this MUCH demand, which is crazy she’s f-ing Céline Dion! I don’t think they said more than 10 in case sales weren’t ideal… clearly the sales will be there!

[KyleVan41]

How is the Quebec media not losing their minds over no dates in her home province? They are very petty like that lol

[mirage]

Do these tickets go on the name of the account that 'wins' this lottery?

not that auntie wins the lottery and I'm going to the show without auntie with me 😅

[No1IrishFan]

I suppose it’s a good thing if 6 shows are added but they close the presale tonight as planned. If it was 6 more and an extended presale it would be carnage. Still reckon next week is gonna be chaos lol

If it lands up being an international audience is she going to chat in french with the international audience listening with Google translate or..

If they know they will have enough demand they might decide to get on with announcing some English shows so everyone can sort their ticket life out
