Thank you so much Rachel. I was able to get tickets through your link just with my normal Visa Credit card for me and my bf. I needed a second try as on the first time site gave error,  something doesn't seem right.

Didn't get the best seats but what i could, somewhat, afford. See you in Paris on September 30th

AXS was simply not working for me and kept giving me the "something doesn't seem right" error no matter what I did (and all the prices had gone insane anyway).  So I checked Event Travel again and they suddenly had one package left for Citadines - which allows for single rooms - on opening night.  Wasn't available earlier and who knows if it would be available later, so I kind of went crazy/panicked and grabbed it.  Way too much money (including a single supplement for the hotel, grrrr), but not all that bad compared to the prices AXS were charging for just a ticket without any VIP stuff and in a worse section (so I keep telling myself!).  So I'm going...

At the end of the day, I'd never forgive myself if I missed out on opening night, so it'll be worth it!

What is wrong with AXS and their bot security system? I joined the Visa preale at 9 am and suddenly 20 minutes before 10 they throw me out asking me if I´m a real fan 😶

Glad I bought that travel package yesterday considering how things are going with all these presales, but I´m still hoping to get tickets for the closing night via Ticketmaster presale tomorrow.

I'd logged in, passed the security check, and had the waiting room open for literally hours before the queue started, and then after getting to the ticket selection page they started throwing me out multiple times, requiring me to reload the page, putting me back in the queue (although only momentarily each time), and then giving me the "something doesn't seem right" error every time I actually tried to do anything.  Very frustrating.  Like you, the travel package now gives me some sense of security/relief!

Try again, everything works Fine to MeE, for oct 17 there is no queue at the Moment

Has anybody been able to access presales via a forwarded email/code? 

Or does the link need to be followed directly from the original email? I know they’ve said codes shouldn’t be transferred - but what does that mean exactly?

Thanks but nothing is working for me. It seems they identified my IP as bot or something and I´m not allowed to access it. I shared the link with my sister and she managed but the prices are insane, 578€ for lateral tier 1...

I ended up sending an email to Event Travel to ask about some specifics (like if the digital ticket requires an app or is it sent by email, more info about the hotel booking etc.). They just replied so I thought I'd share it here, since many of us booked with them:

Hi Marta,

Tickets will be digital and will be sent to your emails roughly 7-10 days before the show. You do not need an app. (this is subject to change).

The hotel will be sent a full rooming list roughly a month before the show. You won’t have a booking number for this, but we will issue you with a voucher for the hotel.

We will also email a full information sheet for everything you need to know for the day.

That's great to hear. I'm a very anxious person by nature, so I guess I never stop worrying and questioning things (especially if they cost so much), which is why I always have tons of questions  Glad to be reassured this seems to be handled smoothly.

Not the best seats, but at this point I am happy to be in. 😅

Sorry to be negative guys, but this whole pre-sale thing is being a nightmare. I couldn’t manage to get tickets and all that’s left now are insane prices for not very good seats.

Good luck! And remember, Friday is not your last chance. There will still be people who changed their mind for X, Y, Z reasons and want to sell. 

I really believe that hardcore fans will get a ticket eventually! Visualise this as a success and remain focused! Good luck again!

OMG - What a nightmare to get tickets. I FINALLY got them through VISA. But the price was HORRIBLE!! Managed to get front row for one night and 4th row for another for 1000 EUR EACH!!.  Happy with the seats but I have to forget the price now 😛

remember not to have a vpn switched on if you have one as sometimes that can cause confusion with your internet connections and it might think you are a bot.

For people who have used Event Travel before, do you know if there’s any advantage to paying the price in full quicker. I chose to pay the deposit when booking and the remainder before July 18th. Can I wait until closer to the deadline to pay the rest or do you recommend paying sooner?
