In case you are wondering, the billboard they have on the Fnac building is a huge poster right on the very front of the building, it is very tall but narrow. It's like a realistic painting of Celine on a plain grey/white background. She has her hair tied up in a tight bun, she is wearing a white strapless dress, it's very billowy as if the fabric is all fluffed up. She is looking down and to the side and looks elegant. But she also looks really young, the artist has forgotten to add any wrinkles... lol. Her name is in big black letters at the top, and the words Paris 2026. And under her picture is her website URL and the words SEP-OCT with the arena name under that. It's very large and imposing.

I work a lot with AI image generation for my job, so I can explain what's happening here. 

If the first photo was run through an AI upscaler, and that's the problem. AI upscalers don't actually zoom in. They regenerate the image and guess what should be there. When details like small text or logos are involved, the AI doesn't truly understand them, it just makes something up that looks plausible.

You can see this clearly with the colors too. On the original photo the text beside the FNAC logo is black and gold, but in the AI version everything is black. That's because the AI saw small shapes and just picked one color. It didn't understand there were two separate colors.

The Fnac logo looks off for the same reason. It's just what AI does when someone hits go without giving it any instructions. If you don't tell the Aai generator what the text should say or what colors to use, it doesn't know. So it just does whatever it wants.

I understand that, we do a lot of AI work in the graphics section that suffers that issue. But people are saying the billboard isn't even there at all. So all of the various angles are AI, which is mental. Crazy times!
