Genton Prod was founded by Guillaume Genton who belongs to Hanouna team (or used to). But maybe his prod is acting as a third party on a bigger project. Let’s hope for something serious. In recent weeks, most French media outlets have broadcast a compilation of 40 years' worth of clichés and inaccuracies. But Fabienne Thibault is quite reliable.

France 2 was really going all out with the promotion tonight! We didn't learn anything new and I didn't like the reenactments at all, but I did appreciate Charlebois' contribution (I don't think I've seen that interview clip before), and I have to admit that seeing Claudette's connection is always touching. What I enjoyed most was the ending, with all those people expressing their emotions. I think I heard Delahousse say at the beginning that it was just the first part. If that's the case, it suggests something more substantial is coming in the weeks or months ahead.

Random question (right place to ask though, luckily) but does anyone have a copy/ know where to find the pictures of the dress rehearsals for the courage tour at the videotron center in Quebec? I know they were out there and floating around at the time, and I remember them because one or two of the outfits was different- and her hair most of all was noticeably different (I much preferred that style of bob, I felt the wig they used after Quebec was very flat, limp, and obviously a wig) than it ended up being in the final product. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!! :))

Not zero but also not 100% sure that she's going. Who knows? Just wait and see what happens and when we will see her next

I have these two, were there some with other outfits? I can't remember now. I also prefer the longer bob, shame they didn't stick with that style.

Yeah, one of them was a variation on the large sleeved blouse where, instead of the closed collar and necktie with the big satin belt, the collar was open, and she was a small black waistcoat and black boots on. And, this one is a bit more hazy, I remember her wearing something purple or purple-adjacent instead of the silver bodysuit she wore for the uptempo medley.

Just dreaming here, but…

Shakira just gave this huge, amazing concert here in Brazil, drawing something like 2.5 million people to Copacabana Beach. Gaga and Madonna did it in previous years, and it got me thinking: how amazing would it be to see Celine at one of those?

It might be hard for her to match Shakira or Gaga’s numbers, especially since she hasn’t had a hit here in decades and never really made an effort to promote her work in Brazil. Still, she’s a well-known name with solid, timeless hits. I’m confident she could draw at least 1.5 million people, which would already be massive and the biggest crowd of her career. People from all over Latin America would come to see her. The timing also fits perfectly with her comeback era.

Rio’s mayor is already taking suggestions for next year’s event, so what do you guys think? Is it unrealistic to dream about Celine in Rio?

If the mayor of Rio is aware of the numbers Celine pulled in Paris, I am sure he will consider making an offer. I hope it happens btw!

I think if the articles about Celine and her team filtering through the offers for hosting Celines comeback based on indoor, controlled environments only, then I don’t know if something like a Copacabana concert is on the cards.

At this stage of her career,I don't think she would want to go if it's less than 10M dollars...

I’m surprised that A L’Olympia Album is now on Apple Music. I guess they’re working on her Apple Music Channel that’s why some albums were missing a couple of weeks ago

Also, Sans Attendre is back to Lossless on Apple Music not in Dolby Atmos anymore. And the genre is now labeled as “Rock”

It's inexcusable that all of her albums and many of her singles aren't online. One of the biggest artists on the planet and it looks like a child's windows media player uploads.

 

I didn't even realize that the  "Can't live with you..." and "Wishful Thinking" duets were online on Spotify.

I just saw The Devil Wears Prada. I must admit, I was secretly hoping we’d get a Céline cameo even though there was zero talk of that. I was glad for the other one though. IYKYK.

From what I've read, one of the triggers for SPS is being cold. Being inside creates better temperature stability. If you think back, she's been in nothing but long sleeves and pants or long skirts/dresses for at least a couple of years (with the exception of the shoulderless top concert promo pic). She's done this even in hot months- July in Paris for the Olympics and June in Vegas seeing Coldplay. Either it's a significant trigger or she's super playing it safe.

Has anyone listened to this:?

She’s a little annoying for my liking but she’s the daughter in law of Humberto Gatica… and she interviews him a bit; it’s good listen and you can hear the admiration he has for Celine and her team.
 

He also obviously talks a lot of his work with Micheal Jackson including mixing the music for the recent movie.  Also, as you’ll hear the MHWGO story continues to evolve by his account Celine told him she was on her period during that demo recording. 😂
