This is definitely her way of telling everyone 'look I'm not dying, I'm not in a wheelchair, I'm not all skin and bones, but I just won't give any interviews now,so bye!

 

Anyway it was lovely to see a video of the meeting, to see she is just her typical self. Fun and jokes.

 

But her twins! In my head they are still those cute goofy little kids with matching outfits. But they are real teenagers. Can't believe they are just 13.

 

RC really looks like Adhemar, Nelson is really Celine, and Nelson has all the Angelil looks.

 

I'm so curious now how she is doing.

Seeing her looking so good feels really refreshing. Omg, I’m so happy! Can’t believe she seems to be so well. Now I’m way more hopeful that we’ll get a new video update from her soon.

The only thing that makes me noticed right away is her speaking voice. I don’t know if it’s just me but I think her voice got lower/deeper.

 

She did sound deeper, but her voice went up quite a bit too.

 

I think she usually spoke in a higher register due to high tension and stress. She could be doing some therapeutic work to change the way she uses her voice to keep it more relaxed...

Yes. He and Linda live with Celine and Rene for years. And are the godparents.

I would assume that most media outlets are not sure how to cover this. Yes it’s her first appearance in a long time and since she’s announced her condition, and yes she “appears” to be doing great… but this isn’t really news per se to many people even tho us here on this forum has stopped the presses lol.

See that’s the thing though… yes we all think she looks to be doing great, but we don’t know how bad her bad days are. This could’ve been a great day, or this could’ve been a normal day but maybe it affects her singing voice more than her physical attributes.

 

If people didn’t believe that Celine was bedridden, using a wheelchair or on her death bed than this appearance really isn’t breaking news… but it’s great news as a fan to finally have confirmation that this all but confirms that while she may not be better she isn’t getting worse as of now and her spirits are in tact, she looks to have come a long way since last years announcement.
