During the show he had one, but I saw him after and he had short blue shirt.

Her attitude to her career? That song wasn't even released. She should worry more about the music that HAS been released! :giggle:

 

She described working with him as a fantastic exprience, I'm sure it was special for her to record it, any word about this duet will thrill so many fans of her in the American Latin countries, but sadly her team keep being useless. No reason to go hush about it

but the same hush goes for Courage, so no wonder really.

Well Luis posted the song so her fans in LAAM countries already know... just like we already know without Celine having to see anything. It makes it even more exclusive! :giggle:

Mariah C is always one step ahead, I can't believe she went and released some Spanish materials as well! I can't imagine how many unreleased songs Celine for sure have, many gems

So, in the last season of Luis Miguel series on Netflix there’s a whole part about the song and how it was supposed to be recorded by Luis Miguel and Mariah Carey and produced by David Foster. Things get heated with an accusation of Foster and Carey using autotune on Luis Miguel’s voice to match Carey’s tone without his knowledge and finally there’s a Céline mention when Foster agrees to tap a "young Canadian talented kid’ who could sing the song with him.

I also thought Mariah’s duet was supposed to be After Tonight …. Creative license? Btw, This series have Luis Miguel’s seal of approval

That story isn't logical "It's impossible" was recorded in 1994 and Luis dated Mariah in 1998 and the singe they recorded was called "After tonight".

This series states that it's based on fiction, many things there are just poor inventions.

I still didn't see it and I don't like it much, they messed up well known facts about his career.

Though I would like to hear more about him and Celine.

The young Canadian talent Foster character mentions is Michael Bublé not Celine. Celine was already at her peak in 97/98, not a young kid 🙂 In fact Michael Bublé ended up singing the American Songbook album Luis Miguel was supposed to do with Foster.

 

About the duet with Mariah. They haven’t got rights to play any Mariah’s songs in the show, that’s why they used Somos Novios, but that never happened like that. Their duet was a song that ended up in Rainbow sang by Mariah alone.

Thanks for the clarification, I just assumed that they merged everything together for the sake of saving time. Still... there are lots of tabloid headlines with "Sale a la luz: Luis Miguel traicionó a Mariah Carey con Celine ..." :sofunny: Of course they thrive on innuendo
