I know I certainly wouldn’t.maybe it’s all about perception. Celine has been familiar with these „new“ songs for 3 years already, and we‘ve just now got to listen to them. For her they might already be old and uninteresting (it’s been about 3 years since she recorded them!) They waited too long with this release and now they promote it too little. 1 Quote

But singing Recovering for a year or so on tour/Vegas helped her work through a lot of what was she feeling and she’s no longer in the same place. So, as someone said in another thread, it may be too hard for her to go back there. So it may not be that she doesn’t care about the new songs. More like, she created a GREAT album, released it for the fans (and probably to fill some sort of contractual obligation with Sony) but can’t bring herself to sing lots of songs from it night after night. I’ve often wondered why Nobody’s Watching isn’t in the tour. Doesn’t sound hard to sing and could be a fun number. I haven’t heard the other two you mentioned yet. I’ve held back 1/3 of the album for me to enjoy later in the year. (Cuz it takes Celine so long to release albums these days.). I’ve only listened to tracks 1-13 and 16. 1 Quote

I really like this interpretation - she said its how she originally heard of the song, and maybe its how she still thinks it ought to be. Wicked Games is a great B-side bonus! If this was being sold as a three-track single, I would definitely bite (especially if they threw in an instrumental version). How digital our world has become!
