Celine's singing Mariah Carey's ''Whenever You Call'' (AI Cover). It kind of sounds like Celine's voice from 1992-1993 for most of the song but IMO it doesn't sound like Celine's at all during the high notes. They should have used a voice's module based on Celine's voice from the A New day Has Come and One Heart albums, it would have sounded so much richer and better.

It still doesn’t sound Céline at all. Still no AI Céline can replicate Céline’s vocals unlike Mariah’s and Whitney’s… This proves. There’s only one Céline and AI can prove it lol

1 - there were several auctions over the years

2 - not all of them slipped through our hands, only the one that ended up being $11k if I recall correctly

No, they are not fan made. These were the ones in auction that I saw in ebay i think 2014 or 2015. I saw three different DAT Tapes

1. Love is Alive

2. Magic of Christmas Day

3. Declaration of Love

 

They were auctions on ebay.

 

Also I saw in ebay somebody commented that he's the one who has a copy of Love is Alive and we are trying to negotiate if he can share it with us :-)

This is a pretty song. The added riffs from Vole/Fly work nicely here too.

Gosh I just listened to the three snippets that we have of this song again. Man there is really a special feeling about this song. It completely captured me, makes it so hard to await the possible official release of this song someday. That’s what her brother Michel told at one of her final concerts when I asked him with they didn’t do more to promote Courage. At the time, he said they were planning to release a new edition with more songs since she recorded nearly 100 for this album. He wasn’t exaggerating. Covid obviously ruined everything but we did get to hear some of them on the Love Again soundtrack.

that's funny becasue they don't feel like releasing anything at all. They are very greedy with her releases even tough the archives are full

Also, something I don't quite understand is why did she agree to record about 100 songs? That's very unusual. Did she think that she is all set for the future and will then release dated sounding songs every few years? Was she not concerned about overusing her voice? This is not to justify her team, but don't you think Céline herself wants to keep her famous safe full to ensure her children's future? This seems to be the case for many artists, at least those who care about her heirs. She knew poverty and hard work, her sons only know abundance, and it's possible that thrift is not the first of their qualities: it can be the concern of a single mother, and a sick one at that.

Im sure that Celine has a lot of unreleased tracks in her hands (even more than Barbra's). The problem here is that she never seems to show much interest in releasing the unreleased. But I still have faith that we will have something like "rare albums" in 10 or 20 years =))). patience is key

I think that the unreleased songs are not special to her since for her it’s work. She sees it different than us. Probably only the best of the best sees the light of day.

For me the courage album is already full of good songs. Each songs has its own quality and vibe. I love everything, same goes for the love again tracks. I'm excited for the unreleased tracks
