However that article from billboard talking about PMLALS is from December 2019… quite some time ago… let’s not jump to conclusions. I don't think we'll be getting a new album but I wouldn't say it's not possible. Celine mentioned having recorded enough songs for two albums and that she really wanted to put the rest out at some point. She even teased thinking about doing consecutive releases so maybe a release aligning with the new residency was being thought of. 1 Quote

They released “What The Future Holds” in spring of 2020 planning to go on tour. When the pandemic pushed that your back to fall 2021, they’re now releasing “What The Future Holds Pt.2” - the lead single being a song from Pt.1 only with Michelle Visage as a guest vocalist. But this is Celine we’re talking about so it’s much less likely. Still…many artists are going to want to make news and a big deal about getting back to touring. Maybe they really will release all the recorded songs they didn’t use plus songs like “Soul” “and “Superwoman.” I can’t wait to find out what the heck happens! 1 Quote

The chours and bridge were amazing, but maybe the verses didn't flow that well, who knows. If it really was that bombastic, they wouldn't hold it back. And that's why it wasn't on Courage. And it got pushed because of Covid, etc. In that other thread about Dianne's album there's a post via Twitter that made it seem like this might be the case. And if so, it makes total sense as to why it seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth lol. Just a guess on my part. We shall see.... smw Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 (edited) This song is becoming as talked about among Celine fans as the Phil Spector songs! It will be fascinating to see how it gets released... I hope it lives up to our expectations. I'd be thrilled it becomes a Bond song (just dreaming)... I'd also be happy it if it's on the Text for You soundtrack. Or even on the Diane album. Based on the clip we've heard, it sounds very dramatic / cinematic, so I'd love for it to be associated with a film.
