No, this has not been announced or confirmed anywhere. It's only fan conjecture, literally in this very thread. This is the problem with forums where people take unsubstantiated rumors and random snippets of information and spin them out into "facts" and then act offended or betrayed when what they've convinced themselves will happen doesn't actually happen despite never being credibly announced or verified.
