But if they add video + audio it exceeds more than 1 million per day

True, but the chart they’re referring to only counts video views!

Blacktooth, do you happen to know the top 10 Celine songs ranked by their highest daily peak (all-time) streams? Like, I think Happy Xmas (War is Over) would be #1 since it peaked with over a million streams around Christmas. Would O Holy Night be #2? I think I remember at least 600k streams before. What would be #3? Do you happen to have this top 10 list?

After France and the United States, the Philippines and Indonesia (and Brazil) are the countries that listen to Céline's music the most.

On Youtube.

I love you is really big in this countries.

On Youtube, I love you (lyric video) with more than 24 million in just 5 months in a simple channel. Here is the link

It's really impressive the power of this song.

This Lyric Video from I Love You that I posted, surpassed now 28 million + 4 million in 05 days.

So, with 9 million from YoutubeMusic and 4 million from only this video = + 13 million in this short time.

I just had a look at Taylor's Spotify streams - she has 235 songs with more than 100m streams! mellow.gif Celine only has 12. It is INSANE!

Also considering how the industry lumps together physical sales and streaming Taylor must have already outsold Celine in their books. I read she sold 115m albums in the US only. mellow.gif She also became the first artist to have all her albums sell more than 10m copies worldwide. This is unprecedented success, obviously the direct result of how the industry turns streams into album equivalent units, a flawed system in my opinion. But it is what is is! wacko.png

The music industry does! Everything is lumped together nowadays. Unfortunately.

But Celine's streamings on Deezer (France) are better than on Spotify.

Does anyone know more about the Deezer numbers and how they count. It's up to Sony to promote Celine in the digital music world. But they don't care.

Sorry but it's not always Sony or the industry's fault.

Truth is that Celine's fanbase is weird.

I read it many times on different boards : somes fans complain about low stream numbers but they admit they don't stream themselves. It doesn't make any sense.

And let's remember that to be counted as sales, free accounts is useless.

MHWGO is number 6

If two non-singles can pull 400k+ and 300k+ daily streams, there is no excuse as to why her greatest hits only manage 200k+.

It is clear to me Celine needs more media and playlist exposure, plus fans need to come back down to earth and actually stream her music.

You can never compare the 90s. People had to go to a shop and actually buy the music. It’s so different to current times. Music was much less accessible and The fact that Celine sold over 100m in one decade and most of it between 93-99 is insane. Just look at the 4 years from 1996 onwards. FIY (32m), in 1996 then LTAL (31m) 1997 then TAST (12m) 1998 never mind ATW in 1999.

I know those are current total sales figures but regardless no one was selling like Celine in the 2nd half of the 90s and even before MHWGO she was HUGE
