Who here thinks the Asian tour will be the 2017 tour, but with a few song selection tweaks?

Yes and since the title is just Celine Live 2018 i would not be surprised at all. She can use the same stage, maybe even same clothes and add just a few new songs.

I can see her doing Celine live 2019 and then do south america and Celine live 2020 in Africa and Middle East;)

Either way - it is great and hope many of you film and record as much as you can!

I think more dates will be added. In the video she says June, July and August hat she'll be touring but the last day is July 23 in Bangkok as of now. Maybe more details to come?!

Australia is still in negotiations and apparently we wont hear about that til March

 

When I got the email that it’s the Asia Pacific tour I almost died of excitement that she has added Australia... but no, just Asia. So I think it’s reasonable to think that she’ll be adding Aussie dates soon as one wouldn’t add Pacific to the title otherwise. But to Brendan - how do you know about the negotiations?

Just quickly finished reading numerous Chinese articles about the Asian tour and here are some of the info that Celine shared at the press conference:

-R.C has been writing songs and Celine had asked him to write her a song for her next album. But R.C refused, telling her that he writes rap music, and he doesn't want to damage her mom's reputation or lowering her class. Celine then suggested him he could simply take out the lyrics that are too vulgar, but R.C. said the it wouldn't be rap music. Celine said she still imagine one day that she will be up on stage with her sons, R.C. performing his rap songs, while Eddy and Nelson dancing to the music.

 

-Celine shared that to protect her voice, she doesn't eat spicy food, doesn't drink dairy products nor coke. She would drink warm water with honey. She also shared that she likes to eat chicken, and sipcy sushi roll.

 

-When she was asked whether she worry about jet lag, she said she heard eating banana can fight off jet lag.

 

-Reporter told her that weather in Taiwan in July will be very hot and humid. Celine then looked excited and told her staff to make a note of that, and said she could then wear hot outfits for the Taiwan show. She even joked with the reporters from Taiwan if they will be topless or wearing little swimwear during those hot and humid weather.

 

-at home when Eddy and Nelson watch TV, and if they hear any singing that sound like Celine, they would then ask “mom, is that you?" Celine would always tell them no, that's not her. Cuz if she say yes, they would cry. Celine guess they don't want to share their mom with the world. And sometimes when they see Celine on TV, they would ask her how can she be on TV, when Celine is actually sitting by their side? Celine would explain to them she pretaped the program in advance. (I guess these incidents probably happened when they were younger.)
