SuperLove4Celine Posted January 9, 2018 at 07:08 PM Posted January 9, 2018 at 07:08 PM I dont think she will if im completely honest. I think she will stick to her massive hits as she does in vegas. Like she will 100% have to have To Love You More in Asia if not there would be an outrage, (omg if she got Taro for her two Japan dates I WOULD DIE) The Power Of The Dream is massive, I Want You To Need Me is massive and so is I Love You, Goodbye. She may sing I Love You and Call The Man as they were big too but I cant see her performing Be The Man “Be The Man” was a hit single in Japan. It is included on the Japanese edition of “All The Way...A Decade Of Song,” as well as included on the Japanese compilation album, “Complete Best.” So, it has a good possibility of being performed if Celine and/or Scott looked at what were strong singles in the Japanese territory. 1 Quote
brendanm999 Posted January 9, 2018 at 07:09 PM Posted January 9, 2018 at 07:09 PM This should literally be called the Upside Down Tour. "I tour Europe when I don't have a new album, and I only tour Asia when I do." She toured Europe to promote EUS. The Vegas contract doesn't allow her enough time to tour Europe. She would then have to ignore Asia/Oceania and tour Europe for a third year in a row. 1 Quote
duri Posted January 9, 2018 at 07:26 PM Posted January 9, 2018 at 07:26 PM Hope she will do a little promo in Europe for new album this year and maybe in 2019 she will do concert tour in Europe for new album. 1 Quote http://www.supermusic.sk/obrazky/80543_Celine%209.jpg

"I tour Europe when I don't have a new album, and I only tour Asia when I do." The new album wont be out till fall 2018 every Celine album since A New Day has had a delayed release from the initial time quoted so knowing Celine it will probably not be out till like December 2018 or January 2019. . She has June 10th to June 29th off, she can EASILY record 3-6 promo tv shows then AND she can still go to fashion week and slay our lives their. Then she will be on a big tour and then will be back in Vegas. From what ive heard after October 16th, shes off until December 4th, in that time she could easily do 2/3 shows in London, Paris, Northern ireland, Republic of Ireland, Berlin, Rome and Madrid. Then shell be back until December 30th, probably do Dick Clarke NYE and then wont be back in Vegas till early Feb. Thats easily enough to fill in promo 1 Quote

I highly doubt she will revamp the set list every territory, plus Be The Man is not only virtually impossible to do with a 31 peice orchaestra as it literally a violin and an acoustic guitar AND FULL OF SYNTH. She would have to do an acoustic and then lower it by like 2/3 keys. It would ruin an already mediocre song in my opinion. I mean in the bridge she hits an F#5 in full chest voice, she finds it super hard to do that now and super high notes with an acoustic sounds terrible thats why all the keys were lowered in her Vegas acoustic medley Quote

But she can totally get lots of promo in before the tour. And especially since she's slotted to be booked in Vegas from Sept 25-Oct 13 and Dec 4-22, she can probably do 10-15 shows in UK/Spain/Italy/Germany in that month-and-a-half off. (there's another act taking the November slot this year). That wouldn't really be a huge number of global dates either considering the Asia tour would probably be 12-15 dates, Oceania 5-8, and Europe being 10-15. It would total around 30, where the 2016 tour had 28 dates and 2017 had 25. Plus, she's promoting an English album so a few extra dates would make sense IMO. *Just to clarify, the Fall 2018 Vegas dates are from a source at AEG. She toured Europe to promote EUS. The Vegas contract doesn't allow her enough time to tour Europe. She would then have to ignore Asia/Oceania and tour Europe for a third year in a row. EUS only lacked some TV promo. The scarce TV performances she did for this album are a shame. Only EUS (single) and Les yeux au ciel have a video performance for posterity. And no TV special this time. It's a mock 1 Quote "Hush, now... I see a light in the sky"

IMO would make more sense to hit Ireland (including Belfast), Manchester/London, Portugal, Spain, Italy & Germany (Cologne or Munich which are major cities that she hasn't performed at since '08). Max 10-12 shows. More than that would be a little much I think. She should focus on non-French cities. Edited January 9, 2018 at 08:21 PM by brendanm999 Quote
mirage Posted January 9, 2018 at 08:23 PM Posted January 9, 2018 at 08:23 PM She should have promote EUS in 2015 with her tour, release it before not after the tour. Year no tour, work on the album release it in Spring 2018, tour Europe and Asia Why do they always do things the other way around?!?What's the logic of release an album, and "promote" as in tour the album a year later?! Javito Posted January 9, 2018 at 08:26 PM Posted January 9, 2018 at 08:26 PM (edited) I said it last year... She does a tour when she doesn't have anything new to sing and she doesn't when she has just released new music in 5 years. It's upside down, don't try to find a logic (the only visible -and permanent reason- is ) Edited January 9, 2018 at 08:27 PM by Javito Quote "Hush, now... I see a light in the sky"

Hope they will soon figure out the schedule and lets us know asap She did it in 2013, and was planning on it in 2014 (obviously she didn't do a summer tour those years also though). She has a longer break planned between Oct 13 and Dec 4, and she said that the album will be out in the fall (if that's true). Also, the Asia and Oceania shows should total around 20-25, and she did 25-28 the past two years, so with an English album coming out, I can see her doing a few more global shows in Anglophone countries than the past two years. Parler à mon père was one of her hits in France and she didn't sing it the last 2 tours. So... 2 Quote

Im sticking to my guns, she would have to do Paris because thats the bedrock of her entire career and they still buy her english albums so it is important to do their. She should do Either Glasgow or Edinburgh, Glasgow was her first performance in 21 years and she hasnt done Edinburgh in over 19 years. So in my eyes she should do Scotland and Belfast over Dublin but Dublin also needs exposure. Rome because she hasnt done italy since 2008, Spain she has never done, portugal she will never do as shes cancelled it every tour shes ever done in Europe. Berlin and Munich because they deserve it. London is a must for the UK. 2 Shows London 2 Shows Paris2 Shows Berlin2 Shows Munich2 Shows Madrid1 Show Dublin2 Shows Belfast1 Show Glasgow 1 Show Edinburgh2 Shows Rome Thats 17 shows in Over a month and a half thats half of what she does over 2 months in a summer tour. Take into consideration 14 Asia Dates, 6 Australia dates and a TV promo. That’s her year sorted Once again, BOOM done 1 Quote
