I know she said she loved having the energy from all around her. Honestly, I doubt it though considering the 2014 tour was supposed to have an end-stage setup. But that could mean nothing. Well we dont know when Celine will be going. Shes staying in Paris for 2 weeks presumably for fashion week and shes also got rumored performances booked. She will be based in Japan as its easiest to transport to and from to various countrys. Also, shes apparently made arrangements in Sydney as there was an article in the Sydney post about Celine coming in august and it wouldn't surprise me if it was a Asia/Oceania tour Quote

It's an expo hall and they bring in portable seats/risers. In fact, Britney performed there last summer and she was end stage. Maroon 5 was also end stage.
