I hope that chicken song doesn't win either ... neither Norway nor Sweden ...

However, I am rooting for France, Italy, the Netherlands, Finland and Cyprus ... if Ukraine, UK, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia wins, I will still be happy!!!

With Belgium and Poland out, the only country I'm rooting now is Cyprus. :in_love:

The crowds in the arena seemed to love Eleni. :w00t:

"rumours" seem to imply that the EBU put her to sing at the very last songs so she can win it all ...

Good for her. :-D

Cyprus is the one country waiting the longest for its first victory. :)

And then ... bookies are favouring her at #1, followed by Israel at #2 and Ireland at #3

It's a shame Armenia, Switzerland, Romania & Greece are out ... but we all knew some good songs would be left out!

All the best to all the singers!!!

I'm getting ready for the ESC party we're having at my friend's place. Hopefully when I come back here tomorrow, we'll still be celebrating Cyprus' first ever victory.

Have a great time. :w00t:

Salvador Sobral will be singing his song from last year and present some new songs from his new album; besides that, much has not been said

Both Albania and France were great ...

Hoping to hear what will happen regarding UK and SuRie?

Absolutely f****** fuming. This is exactly why we shouldn’t even bother anymore.

SuRie and her team were offered to perform again, but they declined ...

It's just one idiot though...

Did you see how supportive the audience was?

But poor girl, that totally sucks.

She recovered really well though. Likely earned her some points tbh, because the song was rather unremarkable.

Whahaha

I really expected the UK to have more points.

I am proud of Waylon. I didn't expect him to be in the finals so 18th place is pretty good!

And I am happy that Isreal won over Cyprus. That Beyonce Wannabe. And very happy Austria got 3rd place. He sang very good and the song was good too.

The funniest moment IMO was when Sweden got soooooo little votes from the public! :giggle: such a shame we didn't get to see his reaction! :shifty:

Sorry, my reaction wasn’t from the UK’s poor result. Thought the whole thing was rubbish. Countries results being booed, obviously what happened with SuRie, such massive differences between the jury votes and the public votes, and especially all the utter twaddle in the interval, keep going to the green room etc. That woman asked the guy twice the same thing about his twitter account! Geez!!!

Hoping the U.K. will leave the competition now, I shan’t watch it again then. 🤞

The National Jury seemed to be favoring both Sweden and Austria ... yet the public disagreed big time with them ...
