Those of you going to the Glasgow show on Saturday, did you get an email from the SSE Hydro telling you that they won't be opening the doors until 7pm?

 

They have another event during the day & won't allow anyone in to the arena until 7.

 

I didn't get any email but my friend who works there said they were sent out. I've asked a few people but they've not had one either.

 

Just wanted to point it out as I think it's been 6pm at a lot of the other shows.

 

I'm guessing then that Veronic won't be on stage until nearer 8pm, as it's a big venue to fill!

I'm a bit behind checking my emails but just had a look and I don't appear to have received that. That seems a bit worrying to me, to have the venue filled up in suchba short time, especially with the heightened security. I hope it doesn't end up running late and then we don't get full setlist.

PS: I was at O2 Arena, March 30th, and I was expecting more cameras for a DVD... I don't know why but I thought it were needed much more than the ones I saw.

 

Since I sat both off floor and on 2nd row for both filmed shows in Paris, I had a pretty good view:

 

July 8th: crane camera to the right of the stage. 1 cameraman in front of the stage between 1st row and stage. 3-4 mobile camera men among the audience (Between stage and mixing)

July 9th: Crane camera to the left of the stage. 1 cameraman in front of the stage between 1st row and stage. Couldn't see the other camera men because well.. I was looking at the stage

 

The other nights, July 4th and 5th, there was no cameraman in front of stage and no cameramen among the audience

I would hope she wouldn't cut the remaining setlist on the very last night. But I can see how/why that would be concerning. Although, if they start late, maybe that means there's more chance of me catching a teeny tiny bit of it by the time I get home. I think Scotland is eight hours ahead of Los Angeles/San Francisco time?

I'd much rather have a tour documentary than a concert DVD. Infinitely more interesting.

A concert DVD would just end up heavily edited and sanitized. I far prefer to watch the raw clips on YT; see how s*** really went down. Not the version deemed by [sony?] as suitable for mass public consumption. That's boring.

I love her version of Pink's Perfect too.

 

And her Susan Boyle is just jaw dropping when you hear her sing the first line of the song!!

 

She needs more worldwide recognition, she is just SO talented!! Her talent certainly blows every current female popstar out the water.

 

For example - you have Ariana Grande, whose voice I strongly believe to be overrated (but then I would, as a Céline fan..), and who gives an irritatingly half-hearted performance at every concert I've seen on YouTube or on TV (she doesn't commit to singing the song properly!), and Véronic ...... there is no comparison!!!!

i really like Veronic also, and she has a great personality....one thing we can be sure off, she does the very best she can...

The best thing about this vid - other than Celine looking gorgeous! - is that random guy with the bandana!

 

This goes to show, though, that she can totally go around incognito. Nobody got her leaving the hotel this AM - only these pics later in the day. I'm very much of the belief that she's seen when she wants to be seen. Just like she went totally under the radar in London (and given that she was a top-trending topic in London in show days, it's not like people didn't know she was around. And still she didn't pop up on any social media outside of her official channels).

I hope we won't only get a documentary. Anyway why they'd have used crane cameras if it was only for a documentary ? For the 2016 Tour they didn't used them and that's why we ended up with performances snippets for the documentary.

Maybe there'll be no break between Veronic & Celine. This happened in Berlin (I think it was berlin anyway!) .. Veronic finished & she introduced Celine, who came on stage straight away.

In Berlin the RTL made a really short interview with her in front of the hotel. Mostly they wanted to know, what's up with Pepe... I mean, they asked if she has love in her life, or she feels beloved.

Just looked at my Glasgow ticket & it does say doors 7pm. I would never really have thought to check it if my friend hadn't mentioned it as all the others have been around 6pm.

Have an amazing time! Leeds was my favourite show so far. It's a much more intimate setting & the crowd were well up for a good night out. Wish I could be there again!
