i 'll listen to it tomorrow, always have visits on wednesdaym my brother....we do a little supper and he doesn't care for me listening to Celine when he si there..

I really thought the show tonight was great! Celine ,as usual, was amazing. Thank you to everyone that shared links and a great merci to all those that streamed for us!

In relation to RC shopping at Louis Vuitton.It`s only my opinion ok ! For us that are not divas and are not rich this may seem as if it`s totally uncalled for.However, if you stop to think you can conclude that after our bosses pay us for the work that we have done , he doesn`t tell us how and when to spend our money. Celine works a lot and gets payed a lot of money,so its totally her call as to how and when she will spend that money. ( don`t forget, we are in July , adults and children are normally on vacation , and Celine is working a lot!)Yes, she is very fortunate, and as far as I know she helps a lot of people and institutions, both in Canada and in the US.( Cystic fibrosis associations, research with cardio and vascular diseases, oncology research etc...) Concluding, for her, I believe that her son going shopping at Louis Vuitton is the equivalent of my son going shopping at Walmart and GAP. It`s the same concept, only the price tag is a little different!

there is not just one way to educate our children, one is with great privileges and the other is with limited means. I just can say for myself, i,m from middle class, and my son had to work hard for everything he,s got, and he is very proud. But RC can do really great things with all the experiences he has. We can't judge. Karma.

This is a minor quip but I'm not liking the deviations from the original choreography in Le Ballet. In the more recent performances, Celine started to improvise some moves (especially at the end) in place of the spin on the floor, and it's pretty awkward. The movements are also less sharp and they changed the timing (while she gyrates a lot more throughout lolol)

 

I think I've watched clips from the first few performances 5,000 times haha

You must know that the RH are like everyone, that's not just a specific group anymore. I'm a RH if you read the description of their FB. This Chant, is really known in France, we use to sing it for sport events, specially football and rugby. Even my dad could sing it in any concerts. I already saw that chant in a MiKa's concert in France. But Céline seems to like it, sadly for you guys

It's funny how people are living in a bubble and/or are narrow minded or so conservatives.

You know guys that LV store is on the Champs Elysees which is not the classiest Avenue in Paris, in front of the Mc Donald,right?

It's visited every day by hundreds of people and random (wealthy?) guys are buying and wearing stuff L.V.

 

And now one of the richest singer's son is being judged to shop there.lol LV is the bottom of the luxury brands and its image is pretty bad. In this area wearing a bag LV is quite common...not saying everybody can afford it but not rare to see one while walking on the street.

 

Without mentioning those who attend 4 shows... that's more expansive than the cheapest LV bag! lol

 

And sorry but I m also pretty bored by comments about repetitive things on Celine's shows. just blame yourself. dude you've been watching the same movie for 1 month almost every day... no wonder why you get bored. Not only you are fed up but you make people feeling disappointed (you know the one who can only attend 1 show... talking about money and what's the limit to brag about it^^)

Sorry..but..Law she looks like Priscilla Queen of the desert! I don't like this look either. I like classy Celine, basically Balmain outfits ala 2013, when Annie Horth styled her. She looked so much better many times. Okay it is couture..I get it, but I don't recognise Celine...

It became kind of predictable to see a lot of comments on the other websites about Celine looking old. But in case she does something to her face, same exact people would say something like "poor thing, she can't accept her age" etc

I'm just glad Celine is smart and confident enough to do what's best for her and not for the internet 'critics'

Also because, when not in concert, she wears her hair in a bun, it does not like nice, and then often big glasses, that makes her look old imo

While I'm not a fan of a lot of these outfits, Law knows what he's doing. He didn't dress her wacky for the Giambattista Valli or Dior shows. Nor the Billboard Music Awards, Grammys or Beauty and the Beast premiere. Basically, he knows when she needs to bring it with the traditional glam. They're clearly treating these daily walks from her hotel as a chance to be as experimental as possible, and push the envelope.

 

I'm kinda over it myself, but if she's having fun that's all that matters. I still think Law has given her some iconic looks when it counts, though. Even the relatively more traditional looks he's done for her (like the Billboard gown) are far more unique and out of left field than the safe stuff Annie used to do for Celine.

That's so cool, thank you for sharing! I love seeing tickets from years ago, it fascinates me for some reason! The 1999 one was 18 years ago almost to the day. And I can't believe the price of it considering the great seat! How things have changed.

 

This makes me see why it's better to choose to get actual tickets delivered! They look much prettier when you look back on them in 10 years time, as opposed to the e-ticket A4 print outs... !! Haha

Yes almost 18 years ago .. scary. That was an incredible show.

 

The cheapest ticket but one I didn't even pay for, typically. I'm a nanny & at the time I was working for a Sony exec who was good friends with Celine & Rene. I was too quiet back then to ask if I could meet her. I could kick myself

 

They took my 2 year old charge to meet her the day before & I stayed home with the baby.

Remember, I talked a week ago about my awful break-up. I begin to recover... I found 2 different friends to come with me in Bern and Nice. And if I don't have the English playlist in Bern, maybe I will go elsewhere (London or Birmingham, depending on the tickets I am able to find).

 

On Saturday, I will try to hear the rehearsals... Céline do things like this before her shows ? What time ? Do you know it ?

 

And as I will be in the front raw, I was thinking of giving her a gift, but do you know after which song it is better to give the gift ? When she has a long talk or something ? I tried not to watch too much of the shows previously so I don't know when there is the best moment.

 

I hesitated also with a "pancarte" (in French, I don't know how to say in English). But I would like to write something linked with her songs, and as I don't know which playlist will be...that's complicated. "We can't refuse to dance because love is all we need" maybe ? HAHAH. no sense.
