Sorry I'm confused The "nothing I fear" part was edited when they aired it on TV. They just took the audio from the 2011-2014 playback that she used in Vegas and the SA tour. Does it mean they recorded that bit twice or the way she sang was in two notes. See below quotes Really didn't like how they edited the "there NOTHING I fear" part on the official ABC's video. In the original performance she did the NOTHING in two notes, thoug in the official video it's only one note. The high note (nothing I fear) has been modified. Celine did the note in two takes - it's clearly noticeable in amateur recordings. The pro recording is much more similar to the playback one, but I guess they just used a bit of pitch-correction to make the note sounds fuller. Edited August 8, 2016 at 03:34 AM by Kristinaz Quote

See below quotesIt was already explained above, so basically yes, she hits the note starting from a C5/C#5 and then goes to a D5. She's been doing it since the middle of September 2015. In the past (and in the playback note) she hits a D5 directly 1 Quote
sash546 Posted August 8, 2016 at 09:05 AM Posted August 8, 2016 at 09:05 AM (edited) I don't really mind that they cleaned up the audio for TV - they do it for everyone. However I have noticed that she's been struggling with her higher belts for a few few months now.Her voice sounds strained and a bit dry, as if she has a sore throat. I don't think she takes care of her voice as well as she used to - and thats OK.She has said that she is not interested in sounding perfect - which she is even on a bad day.Think she needs time to rest her voice - no tours, LV or recording. We'll take you anyway we can get you Celine! PS:That moment when the crowd sings was FIRE  :clap:The point was to show the cultural impact of MHWGO - AND BOY DID IT ! Xpresso Posted August 10, 2016 at 12:58 PM Posted August 10, 2016 at 12:58 PM Good performance! But if we can't comment on the clothes anymore, can we comment about the bad hair and strange eyebrows? Everytime (almost) she does something for a US show, she's got some weird look... Ok, I'm done now. Quote
brendanm999 Posted August 15, 2016 at 07:34 PM Posted August 15, 2016 at 07:34 PM (edited) I played around a little bit with the audio here. I added more drums, horns, strings, etc. I also added vocals in for "forever this way..."https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ViA7h2YxnlI Edited August 15, 2016 at 07:34 PM by brendanm999 1 Quote
Gulenkov Posted August 16, 2016 at 05:33 AM Posted August 16, 2016 at 05:33 AM Well, and another one edited version. I replaced the dubbed fragments in the end with the real ones. It might be not that noticeable but anyway 1 Quote
