It's the perfect way to let the world know that she is leaving Vegas (even though she will always be QUEEN of the Strip) and now she's moving onto new and exciting things! Everyone just take a breath, manage your expectations, and ENJOY IT! If she's more silly vs. real singing -- that's okay!!! It will show off her personality to millions of people who aren't hardcore fans like us! And I guarantee it will be remind folks of how many great songs she has. I'm thrilled she's getting this exposure. We are finally entering a new chapter! And if she doesn't debut her new single, surely they will at least mention that new music is just around the corner --- so that's great promo! With that said, I agree with the folks that say it would make sense for her to start rolling out songs NOW so that we have them during the summer. If her team waits until November -- radio stations and everyone will switch over to Christmas music and it will kill the album. We've seen this happen in the past. What other recording artist from the 90s is still as relevant today, as Celine? I mean, the staying power in music is unreal. She’s not just around but sought after.
