I guess I've learned to deal with the whole low quality thing cause I've had to learn how to watch for example Spice World tour in LQ (well LQ compared to what there is now) Betcams and MJ's bad tour using screen footage from 1988. But I am pretty sure if they wanted to stream it they could give us the HQ/HD option even in facebook. With regard to the Purple Rain video, I think all of that footage is what was taken by the cameras that were taking footage for the screens at the concert. In the official video at 1:19, it matches with the screen footage in the bootleg video at 0:07.
