It's great for a Diva of her status.Actually it could mean new. If it was just changed , they would've used Adjusted, Modified or Revised.While they used "revamped", which could mean:Overhauled, Renovated or Upgraded. My heart breaks for them . . it must be so hard for Celine -- but also for Rene, who is so used to being the one taking care of everything -- to have to be taken care of so completely.
