She tells me whether or not she's got a wig/extensions on. According to her, her hair is not that thick, but on the thinner side of the spectrum. Celine has a left ear that angles back (like she's been in front of too many fans blowing her hair back). It could just be the angle the pic was shot at though. It takes a while to find pics of her left ear.
