Canadian chanteuse Celine Dion has not provided much fodder for U.S. tabloids in recent years, especially after she settled into Las Vegas residency over a decade ago, while living in the casino city much of the time with her 12-year-old son, three-year-old twin boys — and her 71-year-old husband of almost 19 years, Rene Angelil.

 

But with the recent release of a new album with a more youthful sound, the 45-year-old Dion has made the cover of America's greatest newspaper, the National Enquirer.

 

The report would appear to indicate that a marital split has taken place after she was sighted without her wedding ring on Oct. 29, 2013.

 

The Enquirer website suggests that the more important cover story concerns the marriage of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

 

But the actual context of the Celine and Rene story should become apparent as the issue hits the stands this week — or if the couple steps forward to debunk it.

Wonder if they remember that law suit she hit them with a few years ago ??

They looked pretty happy in Paris and she has been open about the fact they had issues which they since resolved!!

Well that was the news! I don't have my ring all the time.... It's just a ring. They surely don't have much to write about.

I know it's not right but any big news about celine good or bad... Is good publicity for the album.... The more celine is talked about the better

I noticed that she was not wearing her wedding ring much anymore. I hope things are alright between the two of them. There was a rough time they went through in 2007, where they almost separated. I hope it is nothing, it is just so unlike Celine to not wear her wedding ring. She normally does always wear it.

Okay guys....so for non US people, the national inquirer is the most shittiest source of news there ever was. I walk by it on the newsstand every day and they're always talking about how john travoltas is dying or bill Clinton is commiting suicide. like none of it is real! LOL. Celine probably took off her wedding don't since she plays with the twins and is afraid of losing it and she probably just forgot to put it back on. Knowing celine and how she knows about the capabilities of the tabloids,! she wouldn't walk out of her hotel on purpose with no wedding ring for the apaparaZis to see. If rene isn't wearing his either, then that's a little fishy. but I saw a pic of celine with her wedding ring a few days ago. the tabloids could've easily photoshopped it off her finger. please don't believe this, any of you.

The only 2 things that is good about the National Enquirer is 1) People buy it for a good laugh and 2)They were right with the John Edwards (Senator) Scandal.

That newspaper it's definitely part of yellow press by the cover itself... Just look at the eye-catching headlines lol crappy!

I mean, showing the pic of JFK's death it's kinda unethical.

 

 

If National Enquirer peeps haven't noticed yet, Céline doesn't wear her wedding ring very often...

Actually was just at Walmart and saw it there. Gotta say they could have picked a better picture of her. Oh and it was quite hidden behind all the other magazines like People and Ok! so doubtful many have actually noticed it especially since the only visible is the top two inches and that's a headline about JFK

oh man the reason celine hasn't been wearing her ring is because when she performs she will bash herself with it. therefore it is advisable for her to not wear it hahahaha.

Dion is commonly known to deliver performances without donning her wedding ring, negating the reports that her marriage is on the rocks.

 

...a source close to the singer said that the Enquirer's report was not only completely baseless, but "lame," according to GossipCop

Almost separated? I know Celine talked about them not communicating well but I didn't get any inkling that they were close to separating in any way. Amazing how people interpret things differently
