R.d Phillips Posted July 11, 2013 at 12:07 AM Posted July 11, 2013 at 12:07 AM I would actually rather them not go in the direction of "That's The Way It Is", "A New Day Has Come", "Have You Ever Been In Love" etc. These videos all have the same theme...they're all about other people's relationships and Celine is either in a room or in front of a green screen the entire time...I'd rather her be involved in the story line ala "Taking Chances", "It's All Coming Back To Me Now", or "I Want You To Need Me"...I want her to act out the song. I LOVE the video for "IACBTMN"...especially the 7:37 version!!!It's not that I don't enjoy or it or like it its just I don't think that is the direction she needs to be going in for her music videos today. I personally felt that the QPVSA? video was great; other artists are putting out similar music videos now too. It fit the mood of the song in my opinion and did a good job or portraying the emotion of it in the dancer's moves. I am aware however that this is probably an unpopular opinion. Other than that yeah, interaction with other people with be great. At least herself singing in a small pub as in the "Immortality" video, She can play "another singer" if she doesn't want to act. But we don't need another green screen! She can even shoot it at her front lawn if she doesn't wanna rent a gigantic Sound Stage!
