I'm going to Paris to see Celine on Novemeber 30th, I really can't believe it, I am beyond excited, on such a high, just wooow!

I'm currently at home reviving the Antwerp shows but I will be in Paris for the Saturday & Sunday shows!

It was like OMG what ?? It was mic issues but she was cool and funny with it and sang amazing after.

I was there and my guess is she kept on singing because the pre-recorded track was still on, but when they fixed it I think she sang MHWGO completely live. AMAZING performance!! I also have it on tape! Uploading it to Youtube right now, its taking ages though..

It was due to a technical problem with the video screens - when anything went through the 'mic' input it was all digital distortion - she does start to sing it live (shown by her signalling to Mego to not stop) but couldn't 'stop' as the pre recorded track was still playing - even though it was all distorted.

 

They stopped before the second verse and restarted - i was REALLY hoping she would have to do it live but it was the normal track Still - can't grumble, we got to see something unique!! We just had MHWGO without the background video screens.

this sounds like the precorded track did not work. I say - stop prerecorded tracks. We all know she can do it without!

I have two feelings indeed - one is - wow it is like she is the queen arriving in town. But it is at the same time a bit hysterious and could be frightening too, so many people running to you and yelling, but it is also clear to see she likes it. I can imagine when she is home at her hotelroom she falls asleep exhausted

Here is the setlist for Saturday 30th November. As you can see, Ziggy & SSD were performed earlier than the previous show, after WAAF. This meant that she started the next segment of the show with ABM in the green minidress.

Thank you for uploading the video! Funny how she does not notice what is going on... And afterwards she is smiling all the time and has to focus in order to refrain from laughing! Do they shut off the mic during lipped performances because you cannot hear her talking either!?

Yes, usually her microphone is turned down while she's lipping so you just hear the vocal playback and not any other 'live' noise. This is why all we hear is the malfunctioning playback, and nothing else. Even after the band stopped and they cut the playback, they didn't turn her mic back up straight away so we couldn't hear her talking at first. Fortunately, everyone just assumed it was the microphone playing up as there was distortion from the very first line of the song.
