"Sans attendre" TV special - November 4, 2012

According to French fans Céline will be in Quebec at Colisée Pepsi on September, 26 for a special TV show about Quebec.

 

Has anyone heard anything about this? I wonder what it is.... if it's for Sans Attendre, just one performance, or something else!

 

Also which songs is she gonna sing!? Of course PQTME will be there... but I hope they pick different old songs, not the one she sang at SLP.

Apparently she'll be there on September 26 to record the TV special with "Les Academiciens" from Star Académie, so it's probably going to be something like the show we got in early 2009. I sure hope she takes this opportunity to introduce some new songs.

 

I don't know if they'll record the show and they'll show it later on TV or if it's gonna be a live show.

Also other rumors is that on 24th novembre she will record à special at Palais De Congres at Paris...

But of course only a few know about those rumors, but are not telling us ;-)

It's dangerous for me too! Do you have a link of where you saw this ? I'm getting really excited to see if I can try to be there... I called the Colisée Pepsi and they said that they didn't have anything with Céline (which might not be true). Thanks for the info though. I will stay alert to any info or confirmation!

René just said that Céline will perform 15 songs from Sans Attendre during this TV special. But he said that it's going to take place on the 29th of September, instead of the 26th

15 songs?!?! Really? Where did he say that... didn't he say cinq, 5, instead of quinze, 15?

 

If she's really doing 15 songs, than you can bet your big fat *** that they'll all be playback

I'm still a bit flabbergasted by the fact her French disc contains 15 songs hahah, and that she will perform then in less then 3 weeks :-)

According to CelineItalia Mego confirmed this event on the 29th of September....and she ll ve singing with StarAc candidates.... Hopefully it'll be live then after all!!

PLEASE CELINE, SING LIVE!!! With YouTube, it's a bit embarrassing to see you lip sync when promoting albums. And it's THRILLING when you do sing live! Even if you're not in top vocal form… Can't wait for all of the promotion for both albums!

ewww i hope not, i can't stand those kids... They'll ruin everything! Can't we just have a TV special with just Celine!

I doubt its going to happen anyway, cause she needs to present those songs and get the most of attention. And she'll probably lipsynch like with D'elles TV special... so i don't see how they could integrate the academiciens in the show.

 

But i hope she'll sing live like she did with "à la fureur" when she presented A New Day Has Come. I think her live performance of At Last was even better than the studio version. just like God Bless America at "Tribute to Heros"

The date is perfect. I'm on vacation and free to go... WHY does Quebec City have to be far away from me. It's too far to drive and too expensive to fly.

I agree John. Come on, how many times she's done Star Academie now? How many times she has to go to that show? I understand the kids would be very excited to say in the future "hey, I've sung with Céline Dion" but please, they only steal Céline's promotion singing random duets instead of having Céline singing her songs

Well, it seems the show scheduled for 29 September 2012 at the Pepsi Coliseum has been postponed, according to Catherine Emmanuelle from FM93 Quebec.
