Japanese Sony Music released limited numbered edition of Falling Into You on K2HD CD (88725445162) housed in digipak. The album includes 16 tracks in High Definition resolution of a 24 bit master tape with a top frequency limit of 100 kHz. Falling Into You is a very first Celine's whole album mastered to K2HD, the disc is compatible with all CD players.

The disc is mastered at the FLAIR Mastering Works studios in Japan for Sony Music Hong Kong, same as Titanic K2HD released in 2011. Sorry for the mistake!

As much as the sound improvement is a very appealing feature to buy another copie of this epic album, is this edition an official release really? I've seen many times those Hong Kong "HD audiophile" enhanced CDs in eBay and they've resulted to be fakes.

 

Also, if the description claims to be a Japan release, why is it released by Sony Music Hong Kong?

 

Honestly I wish Sony re-released her old albums in special packages, with this sound remastering, booklets with new/unreleased photos, DVD extras etc... its about time!

It's quite interesting that they included Your Light instead of To Love You More because both To Love You More and (You Make Me Feel Like A) Natural Woman are the bonus tracks of the Asian edition of Falling Into You. Bonus tracks to the japanese edition are Your Light and To Love You More, so it's the first time that they include this couple of songs in an Asian edition of the album, right?

I have Titanic K2HD. The difference between standard CD and K2HD is that the K2HD sound seems to me cleaner and louder, it's "more spacious sound"...

Shipping to Europe is 205 HKD so that would be around 12 euro... looked that up at GWK travelex...

The mastering of K2HD is possible only in FLAIR Mastering Works studios in Tokyo, Japan. That's the reason why these releases are mastered in Japan not only for inner use but also for other worldwide record labels, for Sony Music Hong Kong in this case.

on the home theater is sounds so much, how can i say, clear, the voice.. the instruments. Is better then the original one.. one the computer I did not noticed many differences, maybe coz i converted ... but it's just a remaster ! and a well done one. I loved. And also the booklet is so beautiful

For ME, the booklet is so much more beautiful than the original ..

the music itself its clear, you can hear the instruments better, the voice better.. but some people did not notice anything !

i noticed.. its like a vhs and a vcd. they are almost the same but vcd is digital and with better audio.
