Here's the translation of what seems important to know.

 

Céline's Eustachian horn remains open.As a result:

 

1- Céline hears her own voice as an echo when she sings or speaks.

2- She also hears her breathing as an echo.

3- She has the sensation of clogged ears.

4- Feeling of dizziness or loss of hearing in the worst case.

 

The Eustachian tube is closed thanks to the pressure of fat.We lose this fat if we lose weight.If there is not enough fat,the Eustachian tube remains open. Hormonal disorders can also cause this disease.

 

The surgery consists of:

1- Injecting a small amount of fat,gelatinous foam or cartilage around the Eustachian tube to help it stick together.

2- Attempt to close the tube by healing it with cautery.
