It's fake for sure and bad done...Well, I don't think that would contradict the possibility of it being a demo. Somebody just tried a different "what-if" type of arrangement. It could easily be done in the studio. And, by the way, the orchestra arrangement is definitely done for the song, so it sounds authentic to me. It's just really rough.
