We got the instrumental version of Run Like A River from Diane Warren. It's true that its unclear if Celine ever added her vocals.

 

As far as Diane Warren told me via Facebook - though she's famous for not answering nobody's questions - Céline did record 'Run Like A River' and it's an unreleased track in all its parts. No instrumental nor vocals have been released.

We got "Would I Know" because a fan bought the demo on ebay and then shared it.

We got "Is Nothing Sacred" because it was included on a demo recording for the musical "Dance of the Vampires." The song was originally supposed to be included in the show, however it was cut. When the show tanked on Broadway, the album was canceled.
