But I'm going to be watching safely from my house, celebrating with a BBQ - can't be bothered to battle through the crowds for one glimpse of the couple (although it probably would be quite special) - the best seat in the house is definitely from the sofa in my opinion! Saying that... my Mum has to drop a friend at London City Airport on Friday morning... mental! What on earth possessed her friend to book a flight from there on friday morning! Anyhoo... she might unwittingly get a glimpse of the madness... lol I'm pretty excited about it though, although I kinda get the feeling that the further away from London and the UK people are, the more excited they get - maybe there's something more magical about watching it all unfold from a distance... please feel free to tell me I'm wrong people, but that's just the vibe I'm getting Anyway... On the other hand, Kate is a very beautiful women, I can understand why William (it is William who is getting married right? Or is it the other kid?) is marrying her... But all the fuss??? Leave it behind please... Even here in Belgium I can't open a newspaper this week without having to look/read about it... And not only the "junk" newspapers, also the more respectable newspapers... And don't get me started about TV... You can't watch news without having this "thing" shoved in your throat... The wedding here, the wedding there... There are loads of more important things in the world besides the "royal wedding", so I hope it's all over on saturday and life can continue again... I can't wait till this whole circus is over... Actually I even cancelled a trip to the UK this weekend when I heard that it would be this weekend when this circus would take place... Can't imagine being in the UK now with all the drama of the wedding... Thanks but no thanks... I'll happily visit the UK when all of this is over and forgotten... Just my 2 cents Quote ...
