It was planned to use the water for opening night but it was discovered that the basin that collects the water had a leak. The leak caused a discrepency in the water pressure. The basin had to be shipped all the way back to Pennslyvania to be fixed. Once it was fixed and shipped back to Vegas, it was put in the show. It is absolutely amazing to see in person and adds a lot of detail and character to the song. Quote
