I'm relieved that finally she dressed sth that everyone is talking about:DSmile was beautifully sang considering that it's another boooooooooooooooooooooring song and I hope it won't be in Vegas. She did a good job but it's not the song I want to hear again.... The only drawback of this performance in opinion is that they showed mostly the photos without showing Celine there at all... That's a pity... I was pretty bummed they didnt show more of Celine during her performance. It would have been more interesting if we had been able to watch her actually singing it! I didn't think it was boring, I just think it would have been better if we had seen her. It will be on her new show in Vegas. Or so I've heard. This has nothing to do with the person I responded to, I just feel like theres several people saying she is boring, and her performances are boring, that she is looking older. Personally, I think she is looking fabulous, she is def more tired than she's ever been, She's taking care of twins, and a ten year old. Plus, she is preparing for a new show, and doing shows, and so on... So, I am sure that is showing through, but, really, who cares? We all have off days. I am sure there are several surprises that will take place make the show super fun! I heard they weren't going to do the Hollywood theme anymore. I think Celine singing her songs, and a few other songs by others will mix the show up, and add a lot to it. I just wish people would stop saying that she's performing boring, and so on. I've tried to not say anything, but she got a lot of negative feed back under the Oprah post. Just know, she's never let us down before, and her time in Vegas is going to be even better then we have ever imagined! Just trust her, and Rene! They know what they're doing. Quote

I'm just worried that they are pushing her to hard again, so soon after the birth of her twins? Just remember the insane schedule she had during ANDHC and especially during the following tour? Hang in there.I agree with some of the previous comments from jmerk2010, this place is awesome but not always what I expected in the mix of opinions. It's good for me because I guess I need to learn that we aren't all going to be all loving and happy all the time with everything she does, but yet every time I hear a negative opinion of her, I feel deflated. Maybe i associate too strongly with her, but it's like I, too, have been deflated--and her. Everyone is more than entitled to what they think, but she is soooooo not boring. I agree, she and Rene have been doing this for a long time, she has been working since she was 5 no one in hell wants this more than her and I know she still has that drive to do this...do you reeeeeally think she'd throw this in the toilet, guys? Unlike some of my family members and perhaps some here can relate, Celine cares about us, we are a big part of why/what/how she does as she does. It makes me leary to read certain threads and make posts, but ultimately, I have to speak out and I will absolutely always defend her until the end, no matter what. So totally classy and gorgeous. Her hairstyle was very old fashioned, but I thought it suited her wonderfully. Her voice was perfect. It's not a range-y song so I had hoped it wasn't going to give her any trouble, but she sounded perfect. I liked the dress she wore to perform in better than the red carpet dress, but they both were amazing. Quote
