Yes, indeed. I hope they actually read our "late" emails. They were supper sneaky with the way in which they put this offer out there for, what 2 hours on the internet, unannounced. So many deserving fans will lose out on this opportunity simply because they are at work, at school, or elsewhere at the time when the entry closed . They should accept the audience members by the content of the emails and not just the timing of the entries. Let's hope!

I understand your frustration and it sucks that North Americans get more opportunity to see Celine than those of you in other countries, but I'm sick of people ragging on Ramona. Ramona worked very, very hard and deserves equal opportunity to see Celine just like any other fan...no matter how many times she's seen or met her. I personally did not enter this time, but that was my choice. When you let go of being envious of others that's when karma works best!

Ramona had never been to Oprah. Can't see why would you rant about her.

 

You should see some fans from this forum were chosen. You should be happy for them, not to think you are bigger fans than them yourself. Only people from America can enter is quite reasonable. If Celine will be on a show from the Netherlands, do you think they would invite fans from all over the world be a part of it. That's just illogical.

Congrats to those who have been confirmed, and to those still waiting...keep your dreams alive! One of our Celine friends who went last year got a call at the very last minute. Anything is possible!!!

 

And Chels, good on ya for passing on that info about the garage, etc.

I was wondering that too... I have family in Chicago (well the 'burbs) and we were just going to take the train in from there cos that's where we are staying, but I would rather drive in because we have to leave as soon as it's over so I can get back to Ohio. I will say that I lived in Chicago (downtown) for a couple of years, and in general, parking is a nightmare, in the Loop especially. The garages are incredibly expensive and there's very little street parking usually. Your best bet is to possibly park farther out in the city, and take the El to Harpo... That's our other alternative, I'm considering parking close to where I used to live because it's right by the brown line, north side of the city, and taking it into Harpo.

 

I dunno though, I've never been to Harpo, they may have parking for us!

oh I think she will HAVE to have the babies with her! She's still breastfeeding, no? She wouldn't be apart from them this soon. They may not be ON the show, but definitely at a hotel? With Linda and crew? I can't imagine her bringing them to the studio unless they were going to be on the show and I don't see that right now, although I would love that! How does Ramona's name always end up in conversions when it comes to seeing or meeting Celine. Public, negative bashing of someone wastes one's own energy.

Ramona does have a life other than keeping up with Celine.

Certainly she does have her own life outside of Celine, but since March 15th is fast approaching, I was just curious to know if any of the forum members 1) have had contact with her 2) know how is she doing and 3) know what her plans are for opening night or if she is even going to be there opening night. No comment about the other person's intentions, but mine are simply out of curiosity about Ramona.

Please you girls, have some mercy this time! I beg you. If some of you have a boyfriend or husband, take him with you! It will be at least a tiny delegation of all the male Céline Dion fans out here and there! pOprah has to know we DO exist. haha at the St Louis show, a lady approached me and asked if she could give me her email address so that I could send her some of the photos I had taken of the show (she saw me with my camera). I assumed she was a big fan. Of course, I did, and she wrote me back after she got them thanking me bc her HUSBAND who she said had wanted Celine's show tickets for Christmas or birthday was a HUGE fan of Celine's and she was taking some of the photos I had taken to get enlarged for his Valentine's present hahaha! I was like, well alrighty then. I saw him sitting beside her when we were talking and he just didn't look like your typical Celine fan hahaha. He literally looked like an NFL player. It was cute! OMG, why the bad tongues are back on Ramona and that being from people I really like on here?!! I can't believe my eyes!!...

 

I mean, I'm sure Ramona doesn't need anyone to defend her here but still it bothers me a big lot to read someone speaking of her in such a respectless way...

She's an absolutely gracious lady in person and equally a truely huge fan as many of us here.

Her seeing/meeting Céline more times than most of us is not just a matter of luck hut also of taking chances and I wish everyone of us such luck (myself included). Of course I would lurve to be in her shoes on many occasions, lol, but jealousy towards her is absolutely unacceptable and sooo out of place!

Plus, there are many other fans who met Céline multiple times as they also took multiple chances and there's nothing wrong about it!

 

I assume Ramona will be there in Vegas in mid March and I'm soo looking forward to meeting up with her again after those 3 years! And if she get's to see Céline in Vegas for another 200 times so what? Give her a break and just be happy for her and one day you will surely get your chance to see/meet Céline as well if you really wish to.

Also, Ramona may be quiet here but she's reading most of the entries here. Would you like to read such things about yourselves if you were her? Guess not.

 

To Ramona, it didn't came like a gift from heaven while she was sitting at home and waiting, lol. She helped her dreams a lot to come true.

I did the same for myself and I can tell you, my dreams became true as well so this works indeed!

If you help your dreams just a tid bit then they surely will become true for you too!

 

Wishing this to all dedicated fans on here - keep loving Céline and live our dreams!

I just want to say that I cannot believe that this happened :kicking: :clap: !!! After desiring this for sooooo loonnngg, it has finally come to pass. I have literally dreamed of seeing myself being in the audience at the Oprah show and Celine being there. :w00t: and now it has finally come true That journal and vision board I have been keeping has many things Celine related on it. This is one of the things I can mark off as a dream come true
