FREE---that just means an excuse to keep it crappy. They were wise, they used Team Céline one last time to suck our money by offering the Vegas presale. I now guess that presales will no longer be available, which blows.

 

I assume the new site will be a photo from the D'ELLES shoot and they won't change the look until 2016.

It upsets me that I renewed when I heard about the Vegas comeback! I know that they are giving us coupons and such, but if you read closely you have to order items from the boutique to use them. I NEVER order items fromthe boutique, so to me this is just a waste of Money. Blah!!

Complain and ask them if they can offer coupons for new Vegas show tickets

You know....if RC is as good with technology as most kids these days, he could probably take care of the site himself! He could be Celine's personal web manager. I think it's a great idea, and there will be a lot more fans included now. Forty dollars doesn't sound like much to pay, but some people just can't afford that, especially in this economy.

I agree with you guys. I'm not a member anymore because it's not worth it. The TeamCeline Forum should be like the celinedionforum.com, where we can find all kind of media (pictures, videos, mp3, etc) and news, of course. I Have my fingers crossed for that happens!

I think it's because they need to tell the current TC members about their arrangement, i.e. the refunding stuffs

Forgot to comment on one thing: I just hope that this new version of the official site/Teamceline includes new and more interaction with fans It's one of the main things I'm missing from an official website like this, and if they are really caring and taking the chances now, I hope they will do it right.

 

They are talking of linking accounts with facebook, twitter etc, so they look to know what's going on today with new techonologies, but if they keep us in the dark again and there's no kind of interaction with fans in the new website, the effort will be useless

 

With all this I mean that its about time that they count on us in aspects like:

- Ask us what kind of styles we would like Céline to sing in her upcoming albums

 

- What singles we would like her to promote

 

- What songs we would like her to sing in her future concerts (Vegas or possible tours)

 

As long as they don't add these features and this kind of communication with us, it will be an outdated website for me.

 

Until today, for 30 years in her career, there has been an empty space between the official site and fans. There was no way of communicating with Céline and their team other than writing her personally. Just to tell them what we think of her music, singles, concert setlist etc. Now they have the chance to change that. If they really care about fans, this is what they have to add to the new website and prove that we have a say there

 

Wish they have asked us before!
