what font do you have in mind? and which one are you referring to? the big black one or the other one?

I prefer the gold colour and wording of the far right bottom left (Who says you can't please everyone?)

But I think all lower case except for the red banner text, would be better. Again, I like the font used in the original fan banner.

 

The white outline around the black writing looks great on a coloured background, but on a white background it looks a bit funny. Also the red banner needs to be lowered so it does not overlap with this outline as it just looks a bit too "chewed looking" around the top.

 

I don't think it's that important that the web address is used as the main text of the logo. As long as it is clearly visible underneath. It looks a bit wordy otherwise, celinedionforum.com.

 

I also don't think we should use the phrase "your central source for all things Celine" in the main logo because it is a bit too english if you know what I mean. At least "International Forum" (No The") can be easily understood in many languages, particularly in French.

 

On image 1 the word International on it's own is to short for the size of the red banner, on image 2, as you say the red banner itself is too small.

and everyone likes a different one lol. final word comes from the admins. sorry folks, i dont think i can choose. i think i need to clarify some things. the original colour for the PQTME heart looks too blech! its murky and a funny colour. i dunno how you guys see it but, i think it needs to be brighter, more cheerful. you dont want the forum to come across as murky do you?

 

no problem J-Man. and yes, it looks funny on a stark white background. its meant to be used with some colour.

I just have no idea of which fonts to use. I'm not a font expert. I think we can ask Thomas and Clari for help.

or you could just ask those fellas who did the fan meeting logo lol. would be way easier to reuse the same fonts

okay, since Bellamy's got a problem with the font, explain. font too short? too bold? too long (in terms of width)? what? i'll try to solve the problem

 

and i still think the yellow is blech. to the two admins: why is the logo in that colour? is it supposed to be gold?
