Titanic intro - taking chances tour

I have a question about the intro part of 'my heart will go on' included in the taking chances tour.

Is there a special recording that any of you know about, about that particular part of the song where you only hear a certain women singing without lyrics? It just sounds so beautiful..

the original version is hymn to the sea , sung by Sissel ( look on youtube)

however, in the taking chances tour you can clearly hear that is Celine herself, that is singing that part ( or humming)

When I saw and heard this song in Amsterdam I thought Celine was humming live, but in every concert it is the same,

so it was prerecorded by Celine.

Does anyone know if there is or where a person can get all the instrumental music that is played between all the cities in the movie dvd. It is sooooooooo beautiful. Would really love to get that.

I think Celine does a lot of her own backing vocals as well, you can hear its her harmonising. She does it so well.

In the beginning of the song it is, yup. I think what Kev mentioned before was after the song is over, when the credits are playing while the dancers leave the stage.

the intro of las vegas yes it is the background singer, and after the song too but recorded in studio or it's the version of sissel from the movie without the music, but it's not celine who sing

Right. And Celine re-recorded that and used it in the tour for the intro.

No, not on new cd, sorry. Meant some of the older CD's, have them in the CD shuttle in my car.

I love the recording of Celine singing hymn to the sea. It's just so beautiful. I have no idea why she didn't sing it originally in the movie. It sounds better when Celine sings the wordless hymns.

I didn't hear that part in the Concert in Vancouver, cause it was so loud from all the talking. That is so cool, I gotta go, and listen to it again. I think Celine did an amazing job, humming hymn to the sea.

I think people may be saying that Celine did a good job humming the opening of "Hymn to the Sea" for MHWGO during the tour...not that she was the one on the soundtrack.

Of course it's Celine. The original version from the Titanic Soundtrack was better anyway.
