If there has to be a name it should be linked to a particular story/anecdote or should be very well found... In the meantime "Celine Dion fan" and "Fan de Celine Dion" are perfect imo. Whereby, we sometime use the term "dionien" in French, which I find cute, but it's used as an adjective, not as a name for Céline fans.
