Yup, Back in 2006 when I was in Vegas I noticed that Celine performed there (it had slipped my mind) and I just went to the box office where they told me that the show was sold out but that they would release tickets from persons that had tickets that needed to be collected at the box office but didn't show up. A bit before the show, the box office sold the "no show" tickets to people waiting in line. I assume they'll do the same for the new show though I doubt a lot of "no shows" will be available for the opening. Quote ...

He had a better seat and was just trying to sell it at face value and he was nearly kicked out & banned from Caesars. So they are VERY strict about that kinda thing. I had tickets for a show in March 2007 and it was canceled. I got on the waiting list line the next night and got tix but I had priority because my show was canceled.
