Take part in the movie for Céline's birthday

This topic aims at inviting fans accross the world to take part in the great movie "6x7" made for Céline's 42th birthday. :wub:

Do you want to take part in the new Red Heads' mission and carry out, once again, a crazy project to surprise Céline? The first movie created by the team "40 ans?! The Best Is Yet To Come !" really touched Céline, therefore we want to do even better this time and remind her that despite her being on a break, we are still thinking about her.

For those who are interested in the project, here are the rules to respect:

- Try to be numerous, gather fans from your country.

- Find the mean to write "Happy birthday" in the most exceptionnal way.

- Shoot the video in an emblematic place, a nice landscape, or a symbolic place in your country.

- Record the video with several cameras (of quality if possible...), to have as many view angles as possible.

Here is in extract of the movie, with images of the video that was recorded in september by a group of europeans fans, in the South of France. It might give you some inspiration! :yes:

Organize yourself! Be imaginative! And surprise us! :clap:

The launching of the video will be broadcast on many media (internet, tv, french and quebecois press). It will be offered to Céline along with a book of the best clichés representing each video of the movie.

Céline, René and their team already know of our capacity to organize extraordinary events and we do not doubt that again, this will arouse a lot of enthusiasm.

If I had a car and could meet you and my dad wouldn't totally freak out on me for meeting people "from the internet" then I'd totally want to make a road trip and meet you to record something. My dad would never let me though, he's way to freaky about me talking to people online. He doesn't even know I'm on the forum talking to people. He would have flipped had he known I was going to meet people at the Columbus show, though it never happened because we were stuck in traffic till eight that night.

isn't it a bit too early? I mean...I would love to gather some fans from Romania, but I don't know how many of us could, since Christmas and everything are coming plus exams til February for some...it's unlikely for many of us to meet

I know it takes time, but still...I guess we could have a bit more time...my opinion, of course.

Is it possible to create a group for a few different regions in the US, and different countries in Europe so that we can separate ourselves and see who is available from each region. Then we can plan it by PM or something like that? I don't know if the mods will let use make more than a few groups though, that is why I was asking.

What if we can't get a group of people? I'm the only person out of myself and my friends that would record something for the video and I'm unaware of any fans from my hometown that are Celine fans. Could we just record something ourself?

I'd love too... but there are no landmarks in Indiana - nor many fans where I live. :shrug: Good luck, though! Sounds neat!

Let us know if there is a way for other fans to take part who aren't able to form a big group.

Yes, that's the idea. Many "happy birthday" videos. Do not forget that the aim is not to talk in front of the camera and say happy birthday, but to write it (not simply on a banner, that would be too easy! Unless it is huuuuuuuuuuge lol) somewhere. Let me give you another example of what europeans will do: In beginning of feb, we are all meeting in Paris and there, we will record a video from the Eiffel Tower. Several people will be shooting from there, while about 50 fans will be holding two umbrellas each to draw the message, like this:

Of course, I know it will be difficult for you guys to gather 50 people, this is not what we are asking. However, if you can be as many as possible, and do something original... then that's great!

Actually it is no that early when you consider the making of the video... once we have all the videos, we will have to work on the movie itself, make it look as good as possible... and this doesn't take a couple of weeks only, unfortunately. So january 25th sounds good for us, you can think about a video to make during Christmas holidays and then do it in january maybe? :flowers:

It is not the aim but if you want to participate, then try to find the best idea. We want amazing ideas, if you succeed in doing that then of course your video will be in :yes: we just know how difficult it is to do this alone, which is why we said it would be easier to do it in groups.

So if I do something on my own and its not really amazing it probably wouldn't be included? :ermm: I'm at a disadvantage because don't know any other fans in my area that could be in the video with me

I'm in the same boat Ash, no fans and there wouldn't be any landmarks in WV that everyone would know or recognize unless you are from WV probably. :shrug: I don't think I'll be able to do anything for this video due to not having a group to do anything with.

I'm sure you can find some fans in your area ! The first thing to do is organizing a big meeting, and after that, you could make something great !

For our scene, italian fans, Begium, swiss, and even Tahitigal (from Tahiti !!) came in France. They all took the train, a flight, or by carpool, to participate in this project.

Do you know what our proverb is ? "Impossible is not Red Heads"! :line:

Would love to do something by the new convention centre in front of the Olympic rings floating on the water

and with the snowy mountains as a backdrop! :xmas_laugh:

But the last time I was there in that area, around a month ago - it was all fenced up.... :pinch:
